Although Puglia’s rustic food has no shortage of traditional plant-based dishes, a vegan restaurant in the area is almost impossible to find. Raparossa is a lovely place, with very cozy seats indoors and, in summertime, the possibility of dining in the little lane on the side of the restaurant. this is such a lovely vegan restaurant, that had a beautiful outside area, nice staff and an absolutely amazing completely vegan menu! it feels very homey and the food was the best i had so far in italy! 10/10 - would always come back!

Amazing even by non-vegan standards. We got the croquettes, cacio e Pepe, orecchiette, and kebab. Everything was delicious and even the tortilla for the kebab was made in house. Super fresh ingredients, great service, and amazing tasting food! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vegan restaurant - Edit
I had the pleasure to go with my friends from the buddhist centre of Pema Osel Do Ngag Ling and we really enjoyed everything. For a start the homemade bread was delicious and they have vegan 3d printed stake that I had first time in my life and it is really good. Risotto, fried mushrooms, spaghetti everything amazing. This restaurant is really recomendable.

Tutto buonissimo, dall’antipasto al dolce (un plauso particolare alla cheesecake, ho adorato). Tutto lo staff super gentile, che ha riservato un’accoglienza speciale anche alla nostra cagnolona, alla quale hanno portato non solo dell’acqua ma addirittura anche una ciotola piena di biscotti (e lei ha apprezzato tantissimo).

The place is so cozy and romantic. We enjoyed how quiet it was, no loud music. You can eat inside or outside. The staffs is helpful and very kind. All dishes were good and portions are generous. You won't be disappointed.

We just had a fantastic dinner at Raparossa. I’m sad that we didn’t try it sooner on our trip, since we were only 15 minutes down the road. We would have come back again at least once. If you’re a vegan traveling anywhere in the vicinity of this place, you must try Raparossa. I live in New York and have been to many vegan restaurants, and I wish all of them were like this: great food with fresh ingredients, great wine, good prices, cozy atmosphere. Go here now. Like, now.

A gem in Puglia - Edit
Finding pasta with tomato sauce or a pizza without cheese is easy in Puglia, but when you crave something different or more special, this restaurant is your answer. We went here twice and both times were amazing. You get an appetizer and flavoured water when you arrive and have tons of choises to eat, going from pasta to ciabatta, burgers, burrito, seitan and many more. The desserts and liquors are also delicious and the staff is very friendly. Loved this place!

I attended a vegan dinner organised by Pugliaveg at Raparossa and what can I say:
Read more- The atmosphere there is lovely! We sat outside in their courtyard with some candles and mint plants on the tables and great live music playing.
- Everyone working there is so attentive and sweet. The waiters were caressing the dog in our group and were making sure he always had fresh water (even with cucumbers in it!) The chef also came various times between the courses to talk to the guests and to ask how we liked her food. :)
- All the courses tasted amazing! We had:
*Parmigiana
*Nidi di kataifi con caponatina
*Cipolla gratinata
*Cantalupo e sedano rapa con nepitella
*Spaghetto con fiorilli e zafferano
*Orecchiette con foglie di cappero su crema di fave
*Budino al cocco con coulisse di fragole
and all of that for just 25€ of which parts benefit the animal sanctuary La Fattoria di Nonno Peppino!
I’ll surely come back whenever I get the chance to😄

Fantastic dishes, all local cuisine, with many ingredients even coming straight from their own garden. Best vegan food experience we had in Puglia. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
