Not as good as Men Impossible - Edit
I really like the sister restaurant Men Impossible, so this disappointed me in comparison, so maybe get the soupless ramen, that is probably what I like. But wanting to try something different, we tried the two soup ramens, which were nice but not so flavorful. I prefer the miso to the white silky.

This is absolutely the best ramen I’ve eaten - loads of flavour, big and filling. The side dishes are great as well. I visited on a trip to Europe and I would do a detour to Amsterdam again just to enjoy the ramen! Highly recommend this place - the staff are lovely as well!

We really liked our ramen (followed previous reviewers suggestion to steer clear of the Amaze Men ramen & ordered the Miso Katsu ramen)! The noodles tasted very fresh. We personally enjoyed the corn and arugula (aka rocket) in it. But it is true the corn seemed canned. The service was incredibly friendly. Soft, relaxing music was playing, making it feel a bit like a reprieve from the bustle outside. Would definitely return.

Terrible ramen. Where do I start? Only two main dishes on the menu, ramen with broth, ramen without broth. Cheap noodles, flavourless broth, weird items for a ramen - tinned sweetcorn and rocket.

Amazing Vegan Ramen - Edit
The whole menu is plant-based. You sit down and scan the QR code to access the menu, and you order everything online. My internet wasn’t working. They hide another QR code behind the first one to give you access to their WiFi. First, I ordered “Miso Katsu Ramen,” which was probably the best ramen I have ever had. Perfect noodles and it was like a real ramen soup. Delicious! I devoured it. Still hungry, I ordered the other ramen option called “Amaze men.” To me, this isn’t what I consider ramen. It had a very thick creamy sauce, where it had more the consistency of American fettuccine alfredo. The taste was good, sweeter, but after the first ramen this wasn’t as good at all. If you are dining with a kid or someone who likes creamy noodles, they would probably love it. For me, I want to go back just to get the first real soup-like ramen. It was amazing!

I had to get up and go get my own chopsticks and spoon after the guy delivered my second bow of ramen, even though he was the same guy who picked up my empty bowl and first set of utensils. I couldn’t finish the second bowl of “ramen,” and so I asked for a box. He said sure just a moment. After waiting 20 min for him to finish delivering bottled drinks and bring me a box, I got up to pay. I waited in front of him at the counter for another few minutes. He apologized for waiting, went to my table and brought my ramen to the kitchen and left it there for them to box. I paid. He then left to go upstairs and take care of delivering drinks. A few minutes more of waiting, after the initial 20, I could see they had boxed my stuff and it was just sitting there in the prep area. Having now waited over 30 minutes since my meal ended (just to get a box and pay), I just left without my ramen to go. I would have given it 5/5 stars for taste alone, but the “service” was disappointing and made me not enjoy the whole meal as much. I eat out enough in Europe to not expect European servers to rush or even care about quality of service, but it was ridiculous. Regardless, I would definitely go back.

I got the feeling that this place has a lot of regulars, since almost all guests were greeted like friends. Or maybe this is just the way of the service here. Really cozy. I have never had burdock (tempura or otherwise) before, and I really liked it. Will be looking for this ingredient at home (and probably failing to make it as good as it was at Ramen Impossible).
