The foodings is amazing and you can get a lot of options on the side that makes it easy to share, like spicy chilly oil or flakes and kimchi. The menu has a quite small selection but who needs quantity when you can get quality? 🤤

It's very conveniently located, the food was tasty, the staff were friendly, and even the dessert was really good!!!!!! They have this tofu ice cream with some sort of sweet condensed mylk on the bottom and it was very simple but tasty. Totally recommend this place!

The best (vegan) Ramen - Edit
Everything in this restaurant is vegan although they don't directly advertise it that way (but when you read the descriptions in the menu or ask the staff you will notice). I had the Katsu Miso Ramen und the Takoyaki. I wasn't vegan when I was in Japan around 5 years ago and I loved Takoyaki so I had something to compare the vegan Takoyaki here to and actually they were more like a fishy Falafel. However it did not taste bad. The Katsu were not really overwhelming. Again not bad but still I wouldn't order them again. However the Ramen was amazing and that's the reason why I still give 5 stars. It is one of the best Ramen I had so far, including the "original" ones in Japan. Having this Ramen is already a reason to return to Amsterdam.

They had only 3 choices of ramen - one which was less brothy and one which was more saucy- the latter Is the one I took. Hands down - the best vegan dish I've ever tasted (outside my waif's cooking) and probably top 5 dish of all time. Service was friendly and sincere. If I had to tell anything negative -

2) the bowl was a bit too big for my girl, and she felt bad to not eat it all as it might be a sign of disrespect in Japanese culture - but again - tasted amazing
3) the tap in mens' bathroom's sink was a bit stupid design. I want to leave the bathroom with clean hands, not nibble on metal nipple to stop the waterflow
Otherwise - this place is the reason I finally downloaded the cow app
