interesting vegan ramen options - Edit
They offer two vegan or vegetarian ramen options to choose from, such as the vegan option at El Bosque and the vegan option seaweed salad was also very good, The attention was very nice

Ok ramen could have more veggies - Edit
I was attracted by good reviews on google and the offering of 2 different veggie ramen. I got the large de Especias ramen and 2 mochi (peanut and dark chocolate). The soup turned out to be a bit bland and there were only a few veggies (couple of tiny mushrooms, a small leaf of bokchoi and small piece of tomato. Veggies were tasty, but very few for the price of 6800 colones. Mochi were tasty.
