For the love of mushrooms - Edit
Elegant service with a more casual interior. The back dining room is located with the kitchen and bathroom. If you have a preference, you might be able to request when booking. It was a team service, which was nice and one was a sommelier.
Read moreWe enjoyed each course, but found mushrooms repetitive taking away from the previous course with mushrooms. Delicious, just a lot of mushroom. The meal ended with an “7th” course of a mini dessert. For vegans, the flavor profile was similar to the dessert. I love the idea and if it had been different flavors I would feel differently, but it wasn’t necessary.
Overall, it was a beautiful meal.

Les services étaient travaillés et s'enchainaient parfaitement.
Edit : de retour en mars 2025, les plats sont toujours aussi excellents et le service toujours impeccable.
Quelques plats sont végétariens mais vegetalisables, aucune viande présente au menu (contrairement à la description HappyCow actuelle), le restaurant reste sur sa thématique, et affichait encore une fois complet, ce qui fait plaisir pour l'équipe.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

A welcoming newcomer on Nice's plant-forward dining scene - Edit
We discovered this new spot purely by accident, passing by a few times a week on our way to the local outdoor produce market. The menu is plant-based, though several of the dishes have butter, a couple have cheese, and one had eggs. The staff is extremely professional and understood vegan without us having to explain, and our server offered to ask the chef if he could prepare some of the dishes with olive oil instead of butter, which he was happy to do. The menu isn't overly complicated--perhaps a total of 10 dishes--but everything looks and, in our case, tasted--wonderful. We ordered four dishes, only one of which needed to be veganized, and each was incredible in flavor, presentation, and freshness. We can recommend the artichoke salad, the grilled brocoletti, the trofie pasta with spring vegetables, a potato dish with black truffles, plus dessert (poached pairs with candied nuts and a sublime mandarin orange sorbet). The wine list is lovely, with several vegan and organic options. The space is cozy and convivial (there's even a large communal table), and tables are decorated with fresh fruits and vegetables! Prices are really reasonable too, with most dishes around 10 euro. We recommend this spot and hope to see more vegan options added to the menu.

Hi, from your pictures all the dishes look like different variations of salad. Even the pasta seems more like s pasta salad. And I can't see any protein dish, like beans and stuff. Do you think it's worth the price?
