Vegan Brownie Speculaas Supreme (55% choc) 8,90€
extra fruit 2,50€
Vegan Hazelnut Milkshake 8,40€
At first, I wanted waffles from Parlion. There, the worker said they were already out (at 9, they close at 10). The next day I was told they only do waffles on cold days, not warm days. Anyways...
So I quickly looked for a sweet options nearby on HC and found THIS - and omg. When I read the menu options!!! I almost couldn't decide what I wanted. I went with my gut feeling and got a safe option - biscoff of course. And some extra fruit for healthiness of course.
Now hear me OUT ! A fudgy brownie with biscoff? Creamy, ACTUALLY FLAVOURFUL vegan vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit and melted 55% chocolate??? Hello??? This hit so hard at night and satisfied everything I've ever craved. Even after 10 they were still serving people and didn't make a fuss about closing.
The next day I just had to come back for the milkshakes. Ugh it was a dreaaaam. Hazelnut was the perfect choice, nutty and chocolatey. You even get a vegan brownie on the side when ordering a vegan milkshake.
The staff is so kind and highly aware of all the vegan options. If you're in Antwerpen and have a sweet tooth - cm'here !!!
Good selection of vegan options and very delicious - Edit
Delicious vegan brownies and iced coffee! The selection of vegan options is really good and it's also clearly labeled.
The only thing is that it's not clear that the white and milk chocolate can't be made vegan. That's okay but it should be labeled at least while ordering via QR code. We only heard that when we asked the personal
Vegan chocolate fix in lovely historic setting! - Edit
Plenty of vegan options to enjoy chocolate in it’s many drinkable forms. Sit outside the café and listen to the church bells of the historic sites nearby.
