Brilliant

This place looks new. Not on Google Maps or Happycow yet. Let me remedy that.
Anyway the restaurant is clean and looks new. Little plastic chairs to sit on. Tables are about 40cm off the floor.
The food is excellent. Really cheap too. Only about 1 minute walk from the night market. So very central.
No English spoken.
Menu in Vietnamese and English.
Payment by cash or bank transfer
