QQ Rice, NUH, Singapore - Edit
The serving spoon used for cheese then gets used with the other items at the counter such as vegetables and tofu. I asked the lady for just rice since the rice comes direct from the rice cooker. I was refused rice without purchasing at least 6 other items.

QQ vegan bento, oat rice, rice rolls - Edit
Been eating QQ rice since years back, for the rice rolls, the oyster mushroom, wakame and emperor veg flavours taste good, my favourite is the oyster mushroom, hand rolls and bento available too, their QQ vegan bento tastes great, sesame oil mushroom oat rice tastes normal, all the vegan and vegetarian ingredients are well separated from the non-vegetarian ingredients.

Poor service and decent microwaved food - Edit
The service was really poor, it took 5 minutes for me to get 2 bento boxes after ordering. Literally looking at the staff making 3/4 bentos that were not ours. Was confused and checked with her if that was our item and she just said no and continued doing her own thing without explanation or heads up that she's making a GrabFood order perhaps.
Read moreFood wise, ordered the mushroom oat rice it's simply microwaved food... Long beans were extremely bland, and in general not pleasant. The oats in the rice were the only saving grace, giving the food some texture. Would definitely not try this again, pretty sad that it's so subpar.

Convenient healthy options - Edit
With limited options for vegans around NUH, QQ Rice provides an amazing retreat when I’m in a rush, have limited cash, wants Chinese food, and is facing a Long queue at Veggie House. It’s truly value-for-money, and every topping didn’t skimp on quality. A bonus: they now have edamame beans for vegans ;)
