Fresh - Lots of Veggies - Edit
The dishes here are simple, veggie forward, and filling. I had the ALT and my husband had the Chickpea Salad Sandwich. The bread was FANTASTIC, veggies were super fresh, and flavors were perfect. We weren’t a huge fan of the dessert (the millionaire shortbread bar was weirdly very salty), but the sandwiches were so good that I would still give it a five out of five

Fully vegan cafe with multiple delicious options from smoothies and juices to salads and sandwiches. And then you can finish with a sweet treat! We got the Avo toast with Caesar side salad, mushroom bahn mi, and orange turmeric cheesecake.

I had the magnum smoothie bowl, I was the only person in and it did take long to prepare for some reason. When it came out I thought the toppings were a bit excessive however I was gladly wrong. Everything blended together well and made a tasty combination. I really wanted to go back a second time and try another smoothie bowl.

I stopped in here cause my boyfriend wanted a smoothie and I wanted some fun vegan food and this place delivered. I got the avocado toast which looked like a visual masterpiece and tasted the part too. I really wish I had gotten some of the to-go darë vegan cheese!!!

Very good. Surprised it took me so long to go and check it out. Has one of those menus that makes you want everything. Up-beet sandwich is delicious. Service super friendly, only negative in my 3 times in is that food is pretty slow to come out...but worth the wait.

Pulp Sprout is a cute lil healthy food place with the usual smoothies, açaí bowls, soups etc but they also have some sandwiches on the menu. They have gf bread options and all their food is super fresh & tasty. They have awesome raw desserts! The people that work there are kind and helpful.

Really cool and tasty restaurant. I ordered the almond butter toast topped with granola and the matcha mylk. The toast was spectacular, topped with fresh fruit and chopped mint, the matcha was really really good as well.

I went here on a Monday afternoon at about 1:30. I had to go around the block a couple of times to find a parking spot. Once inside, I was surprised to find that the menu boards on the wall did not have prices for anything. If you want to know how much something costs here you have to ask the cashier and she looks it up on the cash register (for every item). Wouldn't it be easier to just write the price on the menu board so people don't have to ask you the price of 10 different things that they might be interested in? The girl who rang on my order wasn't very friendly. The sandwich I got was made with mashed chickpea salad (cost: $11.24 with tax). I'm glad the sandwich was good but the rest of the experience was below average.

I have been going to Pulp and Sprout (formally Elements) for years. My favorite menu items are the magnum smoothie, maca bowl, and mushroom bahn mi. Although I have loved everything I’ve gotten. It’s a great vegan treasure in Asheville.

Very clean place with indoor and outdoor seating. The place looks amazing, the staff was amazing and the food was amazing. Had an ALT sandwich that was very delicious, followed by a chocolate chip cookie. I will be back to try one of the several smoothies. Might go with the grown-up PB&J.
