Fully vegan chocolate shop offering bean-to-bar chocolates made locally in Kyoto. Part of the Premarché franchise that runs a vegan-friendly diner on the second floor of the building and a gelateria and grocery store down the street. Open Mon 10:00am-6:00pm, Thu-Sun 10:00am-6:00pm. Closed Tue-Wed.

Really Interesting Cacaolate - Edit
Really cool little shop with lots of different unique chocolates, they have multiple awards on the walls which indicates their skill!
Read moreWe ordered the “cracking” soy latte with strawberry which is a chocolate cup you have the break and inside is the strawberry drink which then mixes with the drink!
A really cool shop, and on the second floor is rh Alternative Diner which is also really nice!

Cute chocolate shop with delicious chocolate - Edit
We went here because my wife was craving chocolate and it's quite hard to find vegan chocolate in Japan, let alone have options. It was great to have such a large selection of vegan chocolates and be able to taste test before buying. The only downside is that the chocolate is quite expensive. We spent 1200yen on a very small, albeit delicious block.

Nice chocolate varieties which you can taste test - Edit
With vegan chocolate hard to find in Japan, I saw this was a short walk from the hotel. I asked was it all vegan and used google translate as well. In the end I tried a 58% and a higher 77% one. The 77% version was quite strong and had a berry finish. The 58% is more mild but not overly sweet and a nice flavour.
