Good vegan option in Brescia - Edit
The server was very nice and helpful in providing me options. Several were vegan as is, like the Yasai Ramen or the Poke Vegano. There were also several other options that could be veganized like the pad thai(which I got), the yaki soba, or the curry udon. The pad thai was excellent, flavorful, and only a bit spicy. I also had the edamame appetizer, which was good as well.
