Fantastic place - definitely recommend - Edit
We spent a week in Plantonia. The quiet location is superb - about a 10 minute walk to the river and Wawel Castle, 15 minutes walk to the old town centre. Also on a great tram route. Directly next to a vegan bakery called Zaczyn which is absolutely superb and delivers breakfast to you if you want. Plantonia has an ethos of sustainability and all the fabric and furnishings are recycled/sustainable. Our rooms consisted of a large kitchen & living space combined, (which also had a sofabed) together with a double bedroom and a shower room with a heated floor. Very large, modern, bright and airy. Great heating which kicked in quickly in the colder October evenings. The reception area is always manned with very pleasant helpful staff, and there is complimentary coffee available. There is a salt room in the basement where you can sit and relax, also a small gym area, and also washing and drying rooms if you need to do some washing. We cannot recommend Plantonia enough, and would definitely stay there again. (Note - very easy to get to and from the airport, just get the 300 bus to Jubilat which is at the top of the road and a 5 min walk to Plantonia. )

I love Plantonia. Lovely rooms, good staff, and amazing breakfasts from Zaczyn. Sadly, since I last stayed, they've added a breakfast menu from a different place that serves eggs and dairy, and they have cow's milk in the fridge in reception. Such a shame, because it tarnishes my favourite hotel in Krakow. Please return to being fully vegan!

The vegan supplies available to buy in reception are such a joy to see....milks, frozen pizzas, chocolates, yoghurts, wine, snacks.
Lots of vegan books to read in reception too.
Fab little gym, washing machine area & calming salt room.
Staff are very friendly & helpful.
Free luggage storage available, which we took advantage of on our final day.
Great location, just a few minutes walk along the Vistula into the centre.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Kraków 💚

I loved the location, the rooms and facilities. The bed is very comfy. Room facilities are top notch since it’s a self catering apartment. Very clean. Very quiet.

Lovely vegan apartment with 24hr staff - Edit
Would definitely recommend a stay here. The apartments are spacious and modern with heated floors, large beds and dishwashers. Wine was available in the room at extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble, we had an issue with the safe and they sorted it out right away. Staff are very friendly.

Only scored a 4 and not a 5 because:
- location - it is about 10-15 min walk from town which isn’t bad but would be nicer to be in town
- parking - available onsite but have to pay - not much though
- no mirror in bedroom
- self catering - fine for most travellers but would have been nice to have breakfast or something on site. The cafe next door is fine, probably very good for most guests but food contains lots of nuts so not great for someone with an allergy
These are tiny points and should not put you off staying here. It was a lovely apartment and we would stay again.

If in Krakow I highly recommend a stay here. Fully vegan, recycled materials, sustainable and delicious breakfast from vegan cafe next door. And there’s a salt room!

Wonderful place for vegans - Edit
Aparthotel Plantonia is most likely the only vegan hotel in Poland. They have a great library with books on ecology, vegetarianism, veganism and healthy living. As far as I know, they are also to start organizing yoga classes with an instructor every Saturday. They even have their own salt cave, and the prices are not exorbitant :)
