Ook heerlijke voorafjes, check het 'Hot Cheesy Garlic Bread' en de 'Magic Fried Mushwings'.
Een mooie wijnkaart en de bediening is steeds top!
Plant a Pizza begon als foodtruck en ook die is nog regelmatig aanwezig op evenementen.

Both staff were really kind and friendly. The food was incredible, huge portions, really tasty. I don't eat cheese, even vegan cheese and they adapted the menu to make the best fluffy, tasty pizza ever! So much food we took lots home, so two meals for the price if one! The last spoke perfect English, which was really helpful. Dog was allowed. You must go, you won't regret it! I don't often leave reviews!

It’s a Neapolitan style. The edges are light and airy. The crust itself is delicious. I had a The Med. Tomato sauce, cashew mozzarella, olive mix, marinated artichokes, oregano, fresh basil. I can’t recall having a better pizza.

Sarebbe un sogno trovare una pizzeria del genere in Italia. Impasto molto buono nonostante il forno elettrico (e lo dico da campana di Caserta, in cui si mangia una pizza eccellente). I prodotti che utilizzano sono il top (ad esempio, l’italianissimo Gondino) ed i condimenti sono tutti molto buoni, alcuni ovviamente adattati ai gusti stranieri ma senza troppe licenze rispetto alla tradizione italiana. We had the spicy cheesy garlic bread and mushroom wings to start. The garlic bread was indeed spicy and the mushrooms were crunchy with a nice sauce.
We had the la mamarosa and la foresta pizzas which were so big we ended up taking half of each away with us to enjoy later.
As some reviews have said the pizza base is quite wet so it isn’t really able to be picked up like you would normally.
That being said the flavours are great and really filling.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and welcoming, unfortunately the service could be better. One of the two waitresses admitted that she was new so she couldn't answer all my questions, which is completely understandable, but she could work on adressing guests more often. I had long waiting periods infront of my menu or my empty plates, I didn't really feel well taken care of. At least the food was prepared very quickly.
About the food - I could hardly decide because there's so many options! Sadly I didnt't visit with a very big appetite, so I might have found it even better if I craved it more.
I got the hawaii. Honestly the seitan on it was tasty, but traditional ham would've made it better. I also ordered their spicy paste "No'duja" on it, which wasn't an issue.
They have no ketchup, which I would've found nice with the thick crust. Sorry italians. And the chili oil on the table is not... chiliying.
To the tiramisu - the cream, outstanding. But the cake... meh. It's not very sweet and not what I expect from a tiramisu. Next time I'd try the creme brulee instead.

Great vegan pizzas, I loved it. Nice restaurant, friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the cappuccino. They had pea milk and it was not very good, had to add a lot of sugar to make it taste better.

I celebrated my birthday here and so glad i did! Pizza options are amazing. Pizza itself was 9 out of 10 for me. Flavor was spot on. I only with the bottom wasn't soft as I prefer a more firm crust where I can eat it with my hand. But I'm from Manhattan where we have different style pizzas. Pizzas are so big that it was a struggle for me to eat half and my partner who always eats his pizza and the leftover of mine couldn't even finish his!

Plant a pizza is one of my favourite restaurants in Ghent. The pizza's are really delicious and they have many options to choose from - also a lot of 'pizza bianca's', which I love. They use really high quality ingredients, the vegan cheeses are so good! The appetizers are great as well, and they change from time to time, which I like. The service is always very welcoming and friendly!

Perfect garlic bread, homemade lemonade and the Pizza Margherita with pine seeds was divine! The best food all holiday, and we’ve had many good options. If I could have managed another bite I would have loved to try the desserts as well. Rolling home happy and full to the brim.

BEST PIZZA EVER - Edit
We endulged in the Pimped Queen Margherita and the Foresta. The foresta was the best pizza (including all the pizza's I ate before being vegan) I ever had. The dough was extremely light and had a nice thicc fluffy crust. The cashew creamy cheese was amazing, the staff was nice, Belgian beers were ofcourse great and their own beer was a great surprise! 🫢

Found this place because of HappyCow and was blown away. For appetizers we tried the fried mushrooms and arrancini. We also got the raspberry lemonade to complement our eggplant parm, pimped margherita, and fungi pizzas. Ingredients were great quality and you couldn’t even tell it was vegan. Everything was outstanding.

Best gluten free vegan pizza - Edit
This is the only place I know of that serves gluten free pizzas that are vegan and of which the dough is similar to a normal pizza. If you eat GF you know that GF doughs are typically thin and just not as elastic and savoury as normal wheat dough. The plant a pizza dough is magically “normal” and delicious! To top it off (pun intended), there is a lot of choice and the sauce is made without onion.
