Cosa ci vorrebbe a tenere un panetto di stracchicco? - Edit

La pizzerie usa lievito madre e ogni volta ha impasti alternativi per le pizze. La pizza può prevedere la sostituzione con la mozzarella veg. E in questo periodo è spettacolare quella con i funghi porcini.

Pros: Uso di mozzarella veg sempre disponibile, Impasti alternativi integrali, carbone, ecc, Gentilezza e disponibilità

Fantastic flavors and service - Edit

I’m visiting the area with my husband. We use Happy Cow to locate restaurants where we can find dairy free/vegan options for me and meat/cheese options for him. This place was a great find. They have plenty of parking right out front. The servers were attentive and multilingual. They gave suggestions and helped us with menu options. The pizza was the best we’ve had all trip and we’ve been eating pizza almost daily for a week. Service was great and food came out promptly even though they were busy. The owner was very gracious. We highly recommend this place and appreciated our overall experience.
