This pizza place has 10 vegan and 8 vegetarian pizzas on their menu. There isn't a proper seating area inside, so it's more suitable for delivery or takeout. The prices are reasonable. Maybe it was not the best pizza I've ever had, but it was good enough. Also, as the Guinness World Record holder for eating the most arugula, I fully approve of the amount on top of the pizza.

Usually, from my experience, backstreet pizza places as best avoided as they tend to offer flabby, stodgy facsimiles of the real deal. However, this being Italy, I concluded that this probably wouldn’t be the case and so it proved to be. This establishment has a fabulous array of vegan options, I’ve known vegan only pizzerias have less diverse and tempting choices, and what’s more, they were very, very good. Of the three I had (I couldn’t help myself) the seitan one just about snuck ahead of the others in terms of my preferential pie, but all were delightfully tasty and all had a fabulous crust. Not only was it delicious, it was also cheap, a real winner in my book. Oh, and the chips were pretty decent, too.

Lovely pizza made in a pizza oven🤩 - Edit
Our first night in Bologna we went to this place and I watched them make my pizza; I choose a vegan pizza with A LOT of veggies and vegan cheese. It was amaaazing! The staff was really sweet too, the girl who was working was also vegan so we had a little chat about it. Really friendly. 🍕

After a few other attempts to find a vegan pizza I ended up here. I was given a menu of vegan pizzas on a dirty piece og paper in a foreign language....not even sure if it was Italian....
Read moreThe pizza was served quickly and it was hot. But defenitely not spicy at all despite the name: vega hot! The dough was nice and the tomato sauce and the "cheese" that was being squeesed out of a plastic bag, could have been worse. Apart from that there were just a few slices of suasage. The taste was ok but very little topping

They have a completely seperate vegan menu which I always like, with maybe 10 or so pizzas. I liked mine, lots of rucola, good vegan cheese. Could've maybe had a bit more of the veggie salami on it.

We were very pleased to find this place in the evening, it's a bit far from the city center but they have a big variety of vegan options. Their pizza is a bit different from the original Italian style but we liked it. I had a mushroom arugula pizza, yummy! Make sure to ask for vegan options, as they are not labelled. The owner gave us an extra menu. Recommended!

They have an entire vegan menu, including multiple vegan pizzas. I had the Hot Veg Pizza, which was okay, but not great. It‘s close to the train station, so it‘s suitable for a quick bite if you are pressed for time

Worst pizza I’ve had in my life - Edit
This pizzeria feels like a disgrace to Italian cuisine. The “vegan cheese” (bechamel sauce) and mock meat taste terrible. Couldn’t even finish half of it. So sorry to say it, but I’d avoid this at any cost!

Service is quick.
They use very much Rucola (at least on Topozilla und Malatesta) so thats an opportunity to get your daily leafy greens, haha.
You can choose wholegrain dough if you want which costs 1 € extra.
They do lots of delivery and take away, so the place itself is not really comfy. But they have 2 Tables inside and one outside to sit down and enjoy your pizza.
Next time I will try the Calzone.
