Solid

Hit for a snowy late lunch after train to town.

It was pretty good? Solid? Liked the clear labeling and was curious why the “faux meats” were not vegan, but I was fine with tofu in my pho as per usual.

Didn’t enjoy the sauce for the vegan spring roll but the roll itself was fine.

The soda was creepy this day and little things like the basil, sprouts, Jalapeno plate came out half way thru the meal. We were closing the lunch service and they were thinly staffed on a random Wednesday at 2pm, so will cut some slack.

Pros: Vegan soupy stuff? Who doesn’t like that?, Hot meal on a cold day.

Cons: Atmosphere a little dated and worn but ok, Pop was creepy. The water was solid tho :-)
