Great service, tasty pho - Edit
The pho hit the spot. Nice fried tofu and seared king oyster mushrooms as the protein. Could use some more basil but otherwise great pho and broth. I was one of two diners initially, but the server was exceptional - walking to refill my water glass as soon as I finished it, providing me an extra napkin when I had used my initial supply, and even waving to me on my way out when the restaurant was busier. Would return. One bowl of vegan pho after tax and tip was $25

Wish they would let me 5-star this place because ratings should be based on quality, not how “veggie” the restaurants are, but I digress.
Read moreThis food truck turned brick-and-mortar is still trying to get themselves established as a neighborhood go-to in their space, but their recipes haven’t changed from the food truck which means that they’re stunningly delicious.
The vegetarian/vegan pho is packed with flavor. Star-anise and clove come through in a well-balanced broth, topped with fried tofu, soy-marinated mushrooms, bean sprouts, cilantro, red onion, scallions, and Thai basil.
Portions are more than reasonable, and the proprietors are extremely accommodating and friendly.

They are now open again regularly! The vegan pho is delicious. You get a huge portion, and they give you several pieces of tofu in the bowl.
