Lovely small vegan takeaway pastry shop - Edit
Fully vegan pastry shop since 2024, very small with no seating but great choices! Croissant was massive, brownie was delicious. Staff also knew what contained nuts and what didn’t.

Bring a friend with you to try everything! The blondie brownie/cookie was as delicious as I thought it would be, and I was especially impressed with the lotus croissant which was buttery and soft.

I can't really evaluate this place since I only tried a chocolat croissant, which is a very basic pastry, it was okay but not outstanding. All their pastries are huge, personally too big in size for me, and on the day I went almost all were with lots of cream (not filling but on the outside or in between layers) so sadly not very practical for take away. The seller was very sociable and it's awesome they sell so many things, I can imagine they're delicious as well, but solely due to the size already I can't picture myself going again. I don't see myself as someone with a tiny appetite but I would need someone to share anything from here with, you could not eat it in one go. I didn't even finish my croissant

The day I went, about 50% of the offer were layered cakes with cream filling. I preferred to try various of their other sweet treats and bought a matcha white choc cookie, a NY roll filled with pistachio, a blondie, also with pistachio cream and a chocolate roll, which I didn’t get a taste of, as I gave it to a homeless, even before trying anything else. Of the rest, I really relished the pistachio cream and liked the rolled puff pastry. The blondie itself was ordinary. The cookie had an overly strong matcha flavour that was very bitter, and that being said by a huge matcha fan. But even worse, it was a disgusting excess of sweetness; my mouth was full of sugar crystals when having the first and last bite. I also didn’t like that when asking if all four pastries I chose fitted in the box, the owner confirmed, but when I opened the box in order to take a photo for HC, still being in the bakery, I saw that she carelessly pressed the goods into the box, so that they fit, smearing the pistachio cream of the blondie onto one edge, which was a shame.

Queríamos una imagen comestible y figuras 3D, pero tras un baile confuso de presupuestos, acabamos con un diseño que parecía más un compromiso a medias que algo digno de la ocasión. Nos consultaron detalles como el texto de la tarta ("Feliz Cumple" en lugar de "Feliz Cumpleaños") en el último momento, algo que podría haberse evitado con un boceto previo. Una falta de planificación que se reflejó en el producto final.
La tarta llegó en una caja improvisada que no protegía ni daba sensación de calidad. En cuanto al diseño, era básico hasta lo ofensivo: un acabado pobre que no se correspondía en absoluto con el precio. Para colmo, mientras recogíamos la nuestra, vimos otra tarta con un diseño mucho más cuidado. ¿Por qué no aplican los mismos estándares a todos los clientes?
El sabor no mejoró las cosas. El bizcocho estaba seco, como si se hubieran usado retazos (aunque lo niegan), el mousse de chocolate blanco tenía una textura extraña, y los pistachos enteros, en lugar de la crema que pedimos, arruinaron aún más la experiencia. Honestamente, hemos probado tartas veganas más sabrosas y cuidadas por mucho menos dinero.
Nos ofrecieron un reembolso parcial del 50%. Aceptamos solo porque ya habíamos soportado bastante estrés, pero esto no arregla el desastre. Aunque reconocieron errores como el embalaje y la mala comunicación, se justificaron con explicaciones que no logran respaldar el precio de 51 euros.
¿Mi reflexión final? Esta experiencia no solo fue una lección de lo que no debe hacerse en una pastelería vegana, sino un recordatorio de que cobrar caro no significa ofrecer calidad. Espero que aprendan de este desastre y no vuelvan a defraudar a otros clientes como lo hicieron con nosotros. Por mi parte, no repetiré.
51 euros por una tarta que parecía hecha con prisas y desgana. Si decides encargar algo aquí, que sea con un plan B bajo la manga.

Encargué una tarta y estaba increíble, a todos mis amigos (no veganos) les encantó y también probé algunos dulces de su vitrina y estaban muy ricos. La verdad que da gusto encontrar cosas tan buenas y veganas.
