Parlay is Now Offering an Underground Vegan Menu - Edit
As an American living in China for 14years I know that can be difficult sometimes finding the things you love and also being concious of what you are eating or your dietary preferences and having many vegan friends who already frequent my establishment for drinks I wanted to offer them something more! we decided to make a vegan menu when we discovered Chinas first plant based cheese Grass Roots which allowed us to recreat many of of classic menu items but vegan friendly! Hope you try them and please give feedback as we would like to improve and offer a nice variety of vegan friedly dishes. Our underground vegan menu also includes a vegetarian guide to help navigate our regulkar menu as well offfering advice to change some items to give extra vegan friendly menu options! Thanks!!!

Great vegan options! If you visit, make sure to ask for the vegan menu, as the regular menu only has two vegan/vegetarian options. They offer delicious vegan chorizo, burgers, and vegan cheese! Highly recommend this place for plant-based food lovers.
