The baked potatoes have vegan toppings that include corn, shredded cabbage, garlic infused olive oil, plant based vegan cheese, and vegan sour cream (tofu, lemon juice, dijon mustard and salt). At times sweet potato may be available. The menu also includes a handful of salad options to choose from, most of which can be made vegetarian or vegan upon request.
