Just amazing! Go see for yourself - Edit
There are many vegan fillings for the burritos, and they can change. The burritos are huge, filling, amazingly tasty and a really good price too. It’s a true treat for the taste buds and the passion that goes in to the food each day by the people preparing it shows.

The owner is horrible - Edit
The food here is good, and I was a regular.
Read moreHowever, I had an issue with my card and the owner couldn't have been more horrible, ended up taking pictures of me and displaying threatening behaviour. All over a £3 bottle of pop, which I later repayed him 15 mins later.
Such a shame

It can be great, sometimes! - Edit
Sometimes I visit and I get great, well cooked ingredients in a MASSIVE burrito with fillings of tofu or jackfruit, beans, peppers and a good selection of salad. However sometimes they will be very stingy making a typical 'large' small, and the ingredients can be dry. I suppose it depends on what time of day you visit and what server you get.

Many vegan fillings! - Edit
We found this place while exploring Manchester and thought the food was amazing. The guy serving was enthusiastic about the vegan options and we were surprised at just how many fillings they had!

Best vegan option in Manchester - Edit
I wish that I could give this place 5 stars- it is my favourite place to eat in Manchester and I always look forward to coming here. The portions are huge so the price is good for what you get and you have complete control on what you want in your food. Could not recommend enough!

Huge portions!! - Edit
Have revisited multiple times because you can get a huge lunch on a low budget. Jackfruit is good and also the vegetarian chilli. Unlike other burrito places, these guys aren’t scared to fill it up!

Taste overload! - Edit
If you’re after a quick tasty feed this place is ideal. Friendly staff prepare you a BEAST in no time. Three main vegan options Tofu (which I got and was banging), chilli, chorizo with various toppings and fillings with sauces to go with. Absolutely naughty grub!

Very authentic! - Edit
Being from California originally and craving Mexican food and a good burrito I was so happy to find this place. They had three main vegan options to choose from, chili con carne vegan, and tofu fajitas was the two that I can remember. I had the tofu fajitas. You are able to pick as many fresh toppings as you want along with your main and beans and rice. You can choose between the medium or large burrito. Definitely would go again!

Disappointed - Edit
It was far too oily. Didn’t feel like I’d eaten a healthy meal after. Heavy. Didn’t like the vibe of the place. A little expensive. Wouldn’t go again .. sorry..

Nice burrito - Edit
They had 3 vegan options when I paid them a visit:
Read more1) Vegan Chilli Con Carne
2) New vegan Chorizo/Papas
3) Vegan Tofu Fajita.
They offer another vegan option that contains chocolate but it was missing. Sounds very interesting.
*The portion is great, a bit too pricey.
*They provide a 10% discount to students (you need to ask for it) and you are not allowed to show a picture of the card. I didn't like this.
*The stand is located in the middle of the market - don't expect an atmosphere of a restaurant.

Great portion - Edit
Used to eat here all the time when I was a veggie as it was quick, fast, tasty and filling.
Read moreThen I became vegan and wondered if I could eat here again, turns out I can!
The veggie Chile is also vegan, however skip the cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
Great value for money as the portions are huge!
Pros: tasty, fast service , good value for money
Cons: The guacamole could become vegan

Bland - Edit
I was very underwhelmed by my burrito. It's nice to be able to ask for a vegan one and know they'll know what you mean. Not the best priced. It was fairly bland, it wasn't bad it just didn't have anything going for it. Given pretty much any Mexican can do you a vegan burrito, I wouldn't bother going back
Read moreNo atmosphere given it's just a stall in the market but there is a few chairs and tables about it sit.

I've been eating Manchester Mexican for a while, and it's come a long way since Barburrito first opened. Changos has been good, but not very vegan friendly (their tortillas use milk). Far and away the best has been Enriquez and Panchos; I'm surprised you had an underwhelming experience there. He has some great things beyond just burritos - it's worth checking out his full range. The chilli is very good and from time to time he tries out new items - sadly my spanish is not good enough to remember many of the names! If you're struggling with uninteresting food there, try out his home-made moles, and his habanero sauce will peel the flesh off your eyelids. The guys are very sensitive to vegetarian and vegan diets too. Plus there's something rather transgressive about a crafty tequila at lunch in the Arndale shopping centre.

I really don't know where I'd be without Panchos! Not only the best burrito, but the best Vegan meal available in Manchester city centre!
