Great Breakfast spot - Edit
Delicious tofu scramble breakfast here, and a lovely aesthetic with plants and books hanging from the ceiling - I would say a cost vibe in general however the music choices were quite heavy rock which was quite bizarre but still my friend and I found the contrast quite amusing. I would try to avoid sitting in the corner seat by the air con though as this is rather cold and can't be turned off

Cons: Cold air con

Cozy and tasty - Edit
We stayed in the connected hotel, and went there 4 times in total. Twice for breakfast - the waffles are amazing, also enjoyed the tofu scramble and kimchi chickpea olmlette. For dinner the steaks were great and so were the dumplings.

Amazing 100% vegan dishes - Edit
The atmosphere and staff are super nice, and the food - which is 100% vegan - is amazing. We had Tapas and main courses, and all were so good and freshly prepared. Additionally, they had alcohol-free cocktails which were super good - especially the Gin&Tonic. Can only recommend!☺️

Great dinner place - Edit
Went for dinner when just arriving to Prague - a great place to start our trip. Very nice, cozy place, very quick service. Not a very big menu, but I feel that anyone can find something there. We had the dumplings and a stake. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Red lentil lasagna steals the show - Edit
Some dishes were really good, some disappointing. Overall OK. The Russian tortellini dish with saurkraut and sour cream was a terrible dish.

Delicious fresh food - Edit
The food was fresh and full of flavour, you can tell that everything is prepared with care. Great quality food and ingredients. I would’ve liked there to have been a full dessert menu with a few varied options rather than just the cake counter to match the style and quality of the starters and mains available.

First: we had the most amazing breakfast!
Read moreIt was lovely and inspiring, because the bistro is a home for everyone. The food and the drinks are made with so much love, it was simply amazing. We ordered the waffles, a hazelnut drink and a matcha latte.
The whole bistro has such a nice decor and is very charming.
Interesting fact: "Palo Verde" belongs to the "Salvator Boutique hotel". So if you book a stay there, you can eat at the bistro.
Pros: The taste, The atmosphere
