Food:
Read moreThe food was okay, we had lasagna and the crispy burger. There was nothing wrong with it, but we have definitely had better vegan lasagnas and burgers.
Service:
The waiters were a bit off - friendly but just a bit awkward and confused. I would definitely recommend that you take the initiative - find a table and ask for menu, cause the waiters weren’t very attentive to the guests while we were there.

Amazing food and cozy atmosphere! - Edit
The portions are of a good size and you definitely won’t leave this place hungry. Every dish on the menu makes my mouth water. We tried the mushroom ravioli and basil tortellini for lunch one day, and avo&tofu toast and maple syrup waffles for breakfast. It’s sooo good! Can highly recommend!

Incredible vegan restaurant! - Edit
Palo Verde is a must for every vegan (and nonvegans as well of course)! The atmosphere is so cozy, the staff are very welcoming and friendly (they speak English as well) and the food is incredible! They have so much to choose from, tapas, classic brunch, burgers, lasagna, pasta etc. Ate here 4 times in the 3 days I was in Prague! Their cocktails are also amazing!

Amazing vegan restaurant - Edit
The atmosphere, the drinks and most importantly the food is 10/10. The waiters are super friendly and helpful. We ate here four times in three days in Prague, and our only regret is that we didn't have time to sample the entire menu. We will definitely be back!

5 stars for food and location - minus 0.5 stars for service - Edit
I thought about giving 4 stars because staff is just an „o.k.“ but the food and location is excellent. We just had breakfast here because we were guests of the Salvator Hotel next door. I suggest to pay the regular b’fast because the 10 Euro b‘fast includes just a disgusting filter coffee and a artificial apple juice. I can really recommend the avo toast and the chocolate waffles, both super delicious!

Pros: Great breakfast options, Fast service, Delicious
Cons: Staff, Filter coffee and juice disgusting

Don't believe the hype - Edit
Today we tried the Palo Verde after someone really said they had the best vegan pasta ever at that place.
Read moreI ordered the Udon Salad, which was a 3 out of 5. First, the Udon noodles were just Linguine. Then the peanut sauce did contain almost no peanuts and was very watery. Which was good in that case because I had lip herpes at that time😄Then the tempeh was just smoked tofu. And there was no Thai basil in the salad. So the salad was not really what was advertised in the menu, which was meh😒But it was still okay food.
My friends had the mushroom ravioli and the lasagne Bolognese, which both came out at 4 out of 5. I thought the lasagne was even a 5 and tasted real good.
At last we tried the Oreo cheesecake, which was quite good (4 out of 5).
The place was quite nice and waiting time was okay. Prices are reasonable: main course plus soft drink for 13 Euros.
So is it worth visiting? For sure. But don't trust the superlatives😉

Popular vegan restaurant. I had the udon salad which was a bit more spicy than I'd expected (no mention of spice or chilli or ingredients and told by staff it wasn't spicy!). Partner had lasagne which is made with pasta they make!! Cakes were delicious

Nice food, but... - Edit
I had a mushroom ravioli at Palo Verde, at it tastes good, however it didn't get full (which is normal with ravioli, I think).
Read moreBut there are some minor things that drag down IMO: the place is quite noisy. Not only the quite loud music that mixes with conversations, but also machines and more. The table I sit at was a bit dirty, the menu card was sticky, so the place feels a bit unclean. And when I ordered my food and drinks, I got a lukewarm cola, and had to ask for ice (which they gave me).
IMO they could improve to turn down the music, clean the tables and menu card more often, and sell the drinks cold.
Pros: Decent food
Cons: Noisy, Lukewarm drinks

Excellent food & atmosphere - Edit
The bistro is located in close vicinity to Muzeum metro station, but it is easy to miss as there is no obvious sign coming from the street. Once inside, one can either sit inside surrounded by nice decoration or go outside to a nice atrium full of plants. The waiters are all speaking English (at least ordering was not an issue) and both food and drinks are superb. I had great tiramisu and some homemade ravioli with chanterelles in a creamy sauce. The menu has a good variety of options but for each 'type' of dish there are only one or two options to choose from (pasta, bowl, burger, salad, ...). The options themselves sound and look quite tasty though. A very good place to visit when coming to Prague!

Cozy atmosphere was all around us, we choosed table outside at terrace and it looks amazing, full of plants and flowers, really beautiful!
Lemonades were like from another universe, no kidding, good AF! Watermelon mint was winner for me! You’ll must try it too, dear reader :)
During our Prague trip was crazy hot weather, so I choosed cold udon salad and it was great! Huge portion and many different ingredients in it, lovely!(my friends choosed pasta, those were tasty as well).
Thank you! I’ll come next time for sure!

Great food!! - Edit
Such a nice little spot, the interior is so cosy and there are even some boardgames. I ordered a tapas selection, double cheeseburger and oyster mushroom ravioli. The creamy sauce for the ravioli is unbelievably good, as is the creamy tofu scramble in the tapas selection. We were offered takeaway boxes and a bag for the rest of the food- the staff are lovely
