The place is super cozy, great atmosphere. And the food... the food was absolutely amazing! Very delicious, can 100% recommend the tapas and the Korean chicken burger. The lemonades taste very herby, if you dont like that you should take something else but other than that, if you're in Prague definitely check out this place!

We sat in the Pavillon garden and although it was pretty cold outside, they turned on the heater inside which made it really cozy!

What a great restaurant! The food was delicious - we especially enjoyed the tapas board, lasagna and ravioli. Lots of people being turned away without reservations between 5 and 6pm on a Thurs so would recommend booking a table.

Very cozy place with lot of living plants. Great atmosphere. If you want to stay inside, you need to reserve a table before or you can stay in the tent outside.

Really delicious vegan food. I had the Korean 'chicken' burger and my partner had the mushroom tortellini, both were very tasty. The apricot punch cocktail was amazing - served warm, it's perfect for a chilly day. Staff are friendly and welcoming and prices are reasonable.

If you love yourself, have a meal at Palo Verde! I got the scrambled tofu ánd breakfast croissant. So so so good! They also offer a variety of vegan cheeses and desserts. Make a reservation just in case, we tried going back the next morning but they were fully booked until 1pm. We also would’ve loved to try some lunch/dinner items, but unfortunately our trip came to and end.

We had to book a table as this little place seems very prized. We couldn't order breakfast menu items unfortunately (you have to come before 11 am) so we got main courses instead. The spinash lasagna was very creamy, and the tom yum too although less filling.

First time we came we were a little late for breakfast, which we regretted a lot, BUT lunch options were really high quality while resting affordable too. The pasta I had was homemade which you could really taste, really delicious. My coffee was a bit lukewarm, but still okay. Will definitely return for cake and breakfast!

I personally didn't like the sausage or kimchi, but the consistency of the omelette was also ON POINT. The cake I had was out of this world. Definitely a must-visit!

Ich habe 5 Nächte im angeschlossenen Hotel Salvator Boutique verbracht und Frühstück im Palo Verde mitgebucht, da ich bei meinem Aufenthalt in Prag veganes Frühstück im Hotel haben wollte. Das Hotelfrühstück beinhaltet eine begrenzte Getränkeauswahl (Filterkaffee/Tee und Saft) sowie ein Gericht nach Wahl von der Frühstückskarte. Ich habe 4 Gerichte davon ausprobiert, alles war lecker, das Kimchiomlette habe ich 2x gewählt, weil es so lecker war! Auch abends habe ich einmal im Palo Verde gegessen (Lasagne), das war auch gut. Insgesamt ist das Palo Verde sehr zu empfehlen!

Great menu, daily specials, (try the salty caramel latte and the Oreo-Shake). We were here for breakfast and lunch. The Starter-Platter is quiet big, so be careful with ordering too much 😃 but one want to try everything anyway..

I went there with a friend on recommendation to try best vegan lasagna. First time I was there it was really amazing, then I came again another time (christmas time) and the menu was severely reduced in options,while the lasagna seemes a bit dry and not heatedthrough properly.

Although we had a lovely lunch the day before, dinner was a nightmare. We showed up at 5:15 and 90% of the tables were marked reserved. They said we could not get dinner. A nice woman who was done offered to get up and pay so we could sit. The staff said no. A reservation was there at 7. So an hour and 45 min was not enough time for us to eat and give the table back? We pleaded and the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. One staff member kept telling us “it is written on the door”. As we left we checked the door and of course nothing was there but stickers. I suggest you enjoy lunch and avoid the dinner snobbery and rude staff.

Came here for dinner and then breakfast. The croquettes were bland, but the popcorn chicken great, with a generous portion. I enjoyed the tortellini, but my partner’s lasagne was far too big a portion. Would’ve taken away leftovers but didn’t have facilities to heat it it in our hotel. This is a shame as I hate food waste.
