Lots of vegan options that always satisfy - Edit
Brought some friends here for a late lunch/brunch and I ordered a veganized Breakfast Sandwich. As usual, it was good, but the scrambled tofu didn't want to stay between the buns. This is a solid option for vegans and we stop in whenever we're looking for a good meal.

Excellent breakfast spot - Edit
Breakfast tacos are fabulous! The husband had Huevos Rancheros which is vegetarian so I didn't photograph that, but the side of sauteed greens are delicious!
Read moreLast time we visited PGC I had their incredible biscuits & gravy.
There's so much on the menu I want to try! Just not enough time to try it all!
If ever in the Palm Springs area, this is a MUST for breakfast, and I'm sure for lunch too! The mushroom melt looks devine!
The customer service is 5 stars also. Everyone is very friendly.
Pros: Excellent customer service, Terrific menu options, Quick service

Nutritious vegetarian food - Edit
We went to Palm Greens Cafe for a lunch with my spouse and ordered two different bowls, with tofu protein. My Taj Curry bowl was medium spicy, my wife’s Macrobiotic bowl was with fermented cabbage and kimchi. It was a good size for a lunch meal and tasty.

Tasty brunch options with a surprising number of vegan choices - Edit
The biscuits and gravy were just right, and they were smothered in a delicious mushroom gravy. The redeye espresso smoothie hit the spot for someone craving a coffee shake. Everything tasted fresh and unique.

Fast, casual, and delicious - Edit
I ate at palm greens cafe with my family before flying home after a lovely trip. I got the breakfast platter, and the server kindly helped me pick out the options that are vegan and gluten free. Their pancakes on the platter were huge and yummy; they came with maple syrup, which is such a bonus. Their pancakes tofu scramble tasted great, and wasn’t overpowered by nutritional yeast like a lot of other tofu scrambles. Overall, everything was wonderful. My vegetarian sis, mom, and husband loved their food as did the carnivores in our family. I’ll be daydreaming about those pancakes for a while!

AMAZING!!!! - Edit
I loooved it!! I had the vegan biscuits and gravy and it was absolutely delicious. Blows my mind that more places don’t do what Palm Greens does- offer similar foods with vegan subs available. Bacon is replaced by tempeh bacon, eggs by tofu, etc. Highly recommend. Staff was super friendly.

Awesome diner - Edit
Diners are the best! We absolutely loved having so many options to choose from along with great service and quick coffee refills. We had 3 items and the mushroom patty melt was by far the standout. Chicken Caesar wrap was also delicious. The tofu huevos rancheros were a slight disappointment but we’d love to come back and try other items. Super vegan friendly place!

Great vegan options! - Edit
I was happy to discover this place for breakfast. I had a full breakfast plate with French toast (there was honey in it so not completely vegan) and vegan eggs and tempeh bacon. It was delicious! If I had discovered this place earlier I would have gone every day to try more things on the menu. It looked like almost everything could be veganized!

Breakfast burrito for the win - Edit
I’m a sucker for a vegan savory breakfast and this spot has plenty of options. Clearly labeled vegan and creative. The breakfast burrito, I ordered with potatoes instead of beans, was on point. Next time I have a layover here I’m going back!

Best meal I had in Palm Springs - Edit
My girlfriend and I went here for breakfast and this was by far the best meal we had in Palm Springs. She got biscuits and gravy, a favorite dish of hers and said it was the second best she's ever had. My meal was absolutely delicious as well. Good service as well.

The best vegan gluten free pancakes I've ever had! - Edit
I can't really put into words my love for this restaurant. I've lived in New York and Los Angeles (where I reside currently) and this is still the best vegan breakfast I've ever had, hands down. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly; we always look forward to coming here!
Read moreI've tried so many things on their menu, and they've all been delicious. The vegan breakfast platter with vegan and gluten free blueberry pancakes, vegan sausage, and scrambled tofu (add vegan cheese) is my go-to breakfast order and easily the best pancakes I've ever had. Their caesar salad is perfectly dressed and complete with gluten free croutons. Their house made lavender lemonade is delicious, and they make a perfect mimosa. The mushroom patty melt can be put on gluten free bread and it's so good. They make so many interesting salads and sides, and they offer lots of them in rice paper wraps (a personal favorite). Other people I've dined with have gotten (all vegan) french toast, loaded breakfast burritos, and burgers, all with rave reviews. It's the most vegan-friendly non-vegan restaurant I've ever been to and I appreciate it being in the community.
Their hours are firm, so don't expect to walk in within 30 minutes of closing to sit down and eat. The last 30-60 minutes is take-out only, so I recommend calling ahead if you're coming towards the end of their service.
Pros: Plentiful vegan and gluten free options, Friendly staff, Fresh, healthy tasting

Always a vegan fave in PS - Edit
Like most tourist towns, Palm Springs’s food options are pricey, and not the most variety for vegans (though better than many). Palm Greens isn’t strictly veg/vegan, but a sizable amount of the menu is, and it’s nice to have more than one option. Much of the breakfast can be done with tofu and vegan cheese, which is a rare all-day-brunch treat.
Read moreThe biscuits and gravy are definitely a favorite. Does offer some vegan sweets/desserts. Disappointingly I’d pass on the sautéed greens as a side—not particularly seasoned, but the potatoes are wonderful.
