Haven’t tried or visited - Confusing Customer Service

I wanted to place an online order from The Falafel House and decided to call to confirm which items were vegan. When the phone was answered, it felt more like I’d called a personal number than a business—I even had to ask if it was the right place.

When I inquired about vegan options, the person on the phone assured me that “everything was vegan.” Considering the menu mentions meat quite a bit, this response felt dismissive and unreliable. I ended up not placing an order because I couldn’t trust the information I was given.

If vegan-friendly options are a priority, clearer communication and better training for staff would go a long way in building confidence for customers like me.

I’m open to changing my review if I have the chance to visit in person and find the experience to be different. For now, clearer communication is definitely needed.
