Fab, loved it! it is a vegan fast food joint. :) - Edit
Owwee were there in a pinch when our usual let us down- hadn't tried it before but will be going again, place is clean and modern. we had 'fish and chips' and was good price at £7.95- comes with fires, tartare sauce and this mushy pea thing i didn't like at first on it's own, but with the chips it was 'chef's kiss'. Toilet is clean, gender neutral and disabled friendly (all one loo though) -

Otherwise, service was friendly, decor was nice- will go again.
Pros: fully vegan and cheapish for brighton, actually had flavour & was nice, not gourmet but.., cool and hip place- clean
Cons: it is fast food not gourmet but doesnt claim to be

The garlickiest Mayo ever - Edit
I was so excited to try the vegan options in Brighton on our 3 day trip here. We ate in once and then also ordered a takeaway for the way home. I can’t remember the name of the one I got but it was “chicken” and it was lusssshhh! We got so many chips with it too. I ordered a side of garlic Mayo and it was SOOOO garlicky!! I have been adding just as much garlic to our own Mayo ever since.

We can’t get enough of their waffle fries, either loaded with toppings or dipped in gravy. They are so good! Great burgers too and the staff are super friendly.

Really loved the range of options on the menu, including multiple vegan chicken and fish style burgers. Lots of sides and dips, too. The staff member was really helpful when we couldn't decide!
Read moreThe burgers were really tasty and true to 'fast food' style. I was impressed by the texture of the chicken burger and bacon. The churros were also nice.
The restaurant has fun branded decoration, but could have been neater and more comfortable. We went on a cold night and were chilly indoors. The food was worth it, though!
Overall, we were really impressed with the taste and range of choice. We'll be coming back to try more of the menu soon.
Pros: Great menu with lots of options., Tasty food!, Reasonable price.
Cons: Eating area and toilet could be better., Would like more drinks options.

I really like the food here- burgers are packed and the bread is so soft. The only reason I don’t give 5 is that the chicken patty doesn’t taste of much, better to get “chicken” burgers elsewhere. Try the “beef” burger instead!

A very big variety of burgers and burger related goodies on the whole plant based menu. We only went for the dessert: vegan cinnamon churros with biscoff dip. Wonderful. Finally I ate churros again 😄

So happy that Oowee are now permanently in Brighton! The food is great as always, they serve one of my favourite vegan chick’n burgers. They offer personal sized loaded fries which I really appreciate. Can’t recommend enough if you are looking for some vegan burgers and fries!
