Lovely cafe! - Edit
I only popped in here for a snack while out for the day - I really wish I got a chance to try more of the menu. The croissant was delicious and the coffee was good!

Great cafe - Edit
I really liked this spot and wish I had gone sooner during my time in Rome. Had a caprese sandwich and a pastry and both were quite tasty. Lots to choose from for breakfast and lunch.

Bistrot a buffet - Edit
Davvero consigliato!

Great all-vegan solution in Rome - Edit
Great selection of vegan breakfast and brunch options - we ate one of the sandwiches, calzone and an apple filled croissant; they were all delicious. Comprehensive 'milk' selection also available. We didn't try the buffet but it also looked amazing! Pricing was average.

Super buffet at lunch - Edit
This place is amazing, lunch buffet with a pay per weight formula. It's not cheap but don't expect it to be super expensive, anyway, from my side it's worth every Euro. Apart from the buffet, you can find some finger food, such as supplí or calzone.
Read moreThe place also offer a great breakfast, so my advice is to go there in the morning for breakfast or between 12.00 and 13.00, for lunch. At 13.00 you'll probably find more people since it's usually the time offices around have their break

Great quality but expensive - Edit
The whole menú/buffet is vegan and all the food options are very tasty. However, the price is very high, especially for the biscuits they sell near the register.

Ingannati - Edit

Vegan buffet - Edit
It is a vegan buffet, you pay by weight (26€/kg). Our 2 full plates costed around 34€ desserts. The food was ok, some weirdly sour.

Highly recommend vegan buffet - Edit
Just two metro stops from the Colosseum in a quieter part of Rome which was a nice change. Hard not to completely load up on the buffet as everything looked so delicious! I think it was about €2.60 for 100 grams which adds up quickly when you have around 500 grams of goodness on your plate. Really nice to have some fresh veg after eating too much pizza and pasta in Italy.

Pros: Buffet 100% vegan , Healthy options
Cons: Bit pricy but worth it , Buffet food could have been touch warmer

Best vegan food I’ve ever had - Edit
Wow wow wow! I ate here on my last day in Rome and wish I had gone earlier. Rome in general has abysmal veggie / vegan options. But this was honestly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. They offer a wide variety of tasty food in a buffet style setting. Note that buffet in this case isn’t like the US style “all you can eat”. Here you place the food on your plate and weigh it. It is certainly not cheap but I promise that this place is absolutely worth it.

Loved it so much - Edit
We love this place so much that we went back multiple times while we were in Rome plus took food to go for the airplane home. You can either order food from the buffet or from a selection of premade sandwiches, pizzas and calzones. They also have vegan croissants, pies and other desserts. We tried so much stuff and everything was sooooo good. Love that it was all organic too!! The premade stuff was a lot cheaper than the buffet - just FYI!

Vegan oasis in a city or dairy - Edit
A vegan restaurant in Rome? Mamma Mia! This place is the absolute bees knees. You load up your plate with all manner of global vegan goodness and then weigh the plate and eat. A huge variety and everything I tried was great. Friendly staff too. Only downside is due to its quality and uniqueness on the Saturday lunchtime I went all the dining tables were booked so I had to sit at the bar... no biggie as I was by myself but if you’re a group best to book ahead.

So Many Choices - Edit
This is pay-by-weight buffet style, so we tried as many of the offerings as we could fit on our plates. Not one of them was disappointing, and quite a few were excellent.

We arrived here for an early lunch after visiting the nearby Pyramid of Cestius (literally across the street, for more info, please see our review on this site). We were greeted by lovely staff who told us that unfortunately the lunch buffet did not start until 12:30. Nevertheless, they still had some croissants, and sandwiches to be served a la carte. We got a sandwich with shredded chik’n on poppy seed toast, a bite-sized seitan burger, and a chocolate chip muffin. We also ordered a Mocha espresso shot. The sandwiches could be served warmed or cold and came in a small bite size or a larger size. The food was very good and had a great combination of savory and acidity. The poppy seed toast was slightly dry when warmed up so may be better cold. The muffin was absolutely delicious and it is hard to get a good soft vegan muffin with adequate sweetness and flavor. The restaurant also offered vegan gelato and I’m sure the buffet is delicious as well, we just didn’t have a chance to try it but would definitely return.
Service ****
The staff was very kind and spoke English well. They also helped us with our choices when we found out we could not do the buffet lunch yet. There is no charge for tap water and the waitress delivered the food to the table.
Atmosphere ****
Very natural atmosphere with cozy corners. Patrons can choose to sit inside or outside. Bathrooms were also clean.

So good! - Edit
After having been disappointed by many veg buffets recently, this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Loads of options, the buffet is all vegan, and the woman behind the counter was patient and helpful in explaining things to two English speakers. Every dish I tried was flavorful. 👌🏻
