Cool place - Edit
I wanted to eat the lunch buffet but it was too early, the bagel was good. If I get a chance to go back I might change my rating if the buffet is that good

I went there for lunch after a trip to the coloseum. There was a pay-by-weight buffet with many tasty options.

DELICIOUS - Edit
What a delicious meal we had here. I should mention, we ordered of the menu. We took four dishes as we always share our food and they were all amazing choices. Super interesting and innovating flavour combinations and ingredients. Also, the plates were beautifully done. We had a risotto with chestnut which was so surprising and delicious. We also took the lasagna, again, so good. Their homemade bread and breadsticks are also yummy. The tempeh is a must try, again a very surprising dish, because of the sauce and hidden beans. Every bite was goooood. As desserts we shared a tiramisu and a cheesefake, again, DELICIOUS. We drank juices which were great and we got some complimentary beandip and homemade bread. Would absolutely recommend and go back! Also, very important, the staff is really friendly and welcoming and helped us making a choice by recommending dishes. They were all very accommodating and inviting. Atmosphere was great.

Got yelled at - Edit
Was excited to visit this place. Vegan organic places are not too common, so I already wanted to support them for that alone, but then I was told their menu is all whole foods (that is: made entirely of woods that have not been processed in other ways than removing/adding water), which sounded a bit too good to be true.
Read moreUpon arriving, I noticed that all dishes definitely wasn’t just whole foods (as I had expected), so I asked a waiter what dishes that were explaining that I was going to eat either way, but that I have a sensitive stomach and can’t have a lot of oil; preferably none. He went to get someone who could help me, which I appreciated. Then came a man with arms crossed over his chest who aggressively told me that “EVERYTHING!” is whole foods. Confused, I replied that it looked like some dishes had oil and that such is fine but that I can’t have a lot of it. He replied angrily that their oil is whole foods. More confused still, I kindly said that olives are a whole food, but that oil isn’t as both proteins and carbs have been taken out, but that I’m sure their oil is of great quality and that it’s just that I don’t feel well on processed foods. He raised his voice even higher and told me that I was wrong and then stormed off. Since I had complemented their restaurant and just asked about what dishes they would recommend me based on that I can’t have oily foods, I was chocked to be treated in this way. He was rude and unhelpful (not to mention incorrect), and I felt so unwelcome I quietly left, crying. As initially stated I wanted to try their food, but this treatment was so much the opposite to compassionate that I simply didn’t dare go in again.
They should still have a plus for being organic though, and maybe I just came on a bad day.
P.S. I’m totally cool with people not being educated about nutrition and stuff, but to not being open and wanting to help is less cool.
Pros: Organic
Cons: Staff rude, Incorrect advertising

Vegan buffet - Edit
This restaurant offers a buffet with vegan dishes, which are all tasty, but there's no clear explanation of what each item is. The staff helps by explaining and serving the dishes onto your plate, but it would be better if customers could serve themselves. After you've filled your plate, everything gets weighed and brought to your table. Overall, the food is delicious and relatively healthy. We left satisfied with our experience.

The best spot in Rome - Edit
We only found this spot on our second last day in Rome. We went for their set menu the first evening. It was great but a tad on the expensive side. On our last day we went for their buffet menu. It was outstanding! We worth the money! I will travel back to Rome just for this spot 🌱

Love this place. All vegan food - Edit
To be clear everything in this place is vegan, except they offer cow's milk for coffee. Not ideal but if you need somewhere to eat this is worth considering. The lunch is run in a buffet style, weigh the plate once selection is done and that's what you pay. They offer whole foods, so you won't find vegan junk food here, but you will find around 30 dishes of veg, grains, tofu, tempeh, legumes etc. The food is delicious!!! They also have vegan wines, beers, desserts etc. Highly recommend but be aware it does get busy, either come early, or after 1.30pm

Eccezionale buffet - Edit

Staff seated us outside as we didn't have a reservation. Food was plentiful and easy to understand ingredients. Staff spoke enough English to communicate process (fill and weigh plate, get reciept, pay at conclusion) and take take orders for drinks.

100% Bio have a unique buffet where you pay by weight for what you buy – so don’t overload your plate straight away! The food was delicious, I didn’t go overboard with the amount. We returned later for pastries and savouries, my partner didn’t like his wrap, but I really liked the filled croissants and the calzone.
