A decent vegan falafel/kebab/burger joint, lots of desserts - Edit
This place offers falafel, kebab, and burgers, as well as daily soups and desserts. My first visit I got a kebab combo, which featured smoky fake meat of some kind in a pita with lots of shredded carrot, cabbage, etc. I'm not a fan of fake meat but this was all right, the pita was very good. The fries were decent standard fries, and the drink was nice, not too sweet.
Read moreMy second visit I wanted falafel in the pita, but they won't do that; no subsitutions. You can get falafel in a wrap on a bun, though. I got a falafel wrap, and the falafel was wrapped in a tortilla, not lavash. I guess I should have ordered the falafel burger. The falafels themselves were pretty decent. I also got the stew of the day, which was okay.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed, in my opinion the high rating is not justified. The burger buns were dry. The patties of the fish burger were poorly flavoured. The nuggets had a mushy consistency, you can find much better vegan nuggets in the supermarket.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet the expectation. We do try to keep the burgers fresh, not sure what happened on the day, but will look into it. Our tofish patty is usually made by a strict recipe, but it's possible there was a mistake in seasoning. As for the nuggets, we’re already testing new recipes to give them a better texture and taste.

Joyful “healthy” fast food meal - Edit
We went for lunch to this “healthy” fastfood place. It’s a self serve at the counter concept where you can choose between wraps, burgers or kebab. They have some nice combi options and a decent list of dessert for the sweet tooth ;).

We really liked the kebab “meat” that had a very pleasant texture in the mouth with a nice crunchy bite to it. The seitan was also good but had a softer texture.
However both order could have been leveled up in terms of spices, it felt a bit like “tasteless”. No strong flavors even though they put a lot of sauces, even too much, which soaked the bread.
Also, the fries were way too salty!
The drinks on the other hand, were stunning. The mango lassi was really soft in taste and the immuno boost juice was nicely refreshing.
I recommend!
Update: the next day, I wanted to try out the brunch options, but they didn’t have any of them, so I asked if they would have them the day after. So, I only took a slice of their daily cake (lemon) paired with a cappuccino. The cake was good and airy.
The staff confirmed their availabilities of the brunch items, so I came back but in the end the only had the snicker waffles and tuna toasties because the other items were apparently seasonal items. Quite disappointed because they could have informed me straight from the beginning.
The waffles were super fluffy, but the snickers topping was, to my liking a bit too much.
The tuna toasties were ok, not very strong in flavor and no “fishy” taste to it. The bread was very dense too.
With a bit of own seasoning it was slightly better.

My girlfriend and I shared the kebab and a burger. Especially the kebab was massive! Both tasted fine, but nothing special compared to any other fast food restaurant.

Read moreFirst time got the Joyful Kebab combo for dinner. It was a really amazing, filling meal and very tasty. I had it with the mango lassi they serve which itself was heavenly.
Second time was two days later ar brunch, partner and I got the Snickers Waffle and a cappuccino with cococash milk each. It was a perfect naughty little treat to start the morning and I was very satisfied.

It's well located so there's a good chance you'll find it even if you're not really looking for it. We had the kebabs and tofu nuggets with a side of fries. The nuggets are soooo good, I recommend you try them!

We went there twice, the first time was at like 20:00 and the food was amazing and the portions were big for the price. I saw on the menu that they had Waffels but only as a brunch option from 08:00- 12:00. So we went the the next morning. It was 11:50 and i wanted to order the waffels and she said that they only serve till 12. I then told her it was not 12:00 yet but she only shrugged with her shoulders.

Good food! I had the daily menu which was a pumpkin tofu filo pasty with breadcrumbed green beans and beetroot, which was very tasty, and my partner had the kebab with fries and two sauces. The mango Lassi was peng too. You order and then you have a buzzer that goes off when it’s ready to collect
