I really enjoyed the Impossible totchos (tater tot nachos) with vegan queso. What a comforting basket of fried and gooey deliciousness I had! I wish they sold the queso by the bucket: it took me back to when I used to live in Texas.
Read moreIt would be nicer if they didn't charge a vegan tax for ordering vegan cheese, but at least it's good!
