As someone who can’t eat pizza and pasta I was grateful for this place. I liked the soups and hummus. Be aware you can ask for a sampler size of 2-3 of the items on one plate instead of a large serving of one of them. We went two days in a row and saw what seemed to be regular repeat customers. Went into a vintage clothing store a few doors down and they said they eat there all the time

I was very disappointed with this place given all the amazing reviews below. The broccoli dish was boiled to within an inch of its life, the mushroom rice was very over salted, the seitan stew was OK but reminded me of English school dinners (not a good thing). I really can't see why it has so many good reviews, if you're a semi competent home cook you could make food way nicer than this. The portion sizes were good so it was good value for money but I couldn't finish mine it was too bad. Given how easy it is to eat delicious vegan food in Italy I wished I'd just gone to a pizzeria for a marinara.

I’m really confused as to why this place is well reviewed and seems popular with locals. I tried five dishes from daily menu and none of them were good. There was either no seasoning or just lots of salt. It’s the most bland meal I’ve ever eaten in Italy.
Read moreThe cafe is basic so it’s fine to sit in while you eat but you wouldn’t want to stay longer than needed. The service was friendly and the price was reasonable for the volume of food.

Read moreI had a huge hamburger with handmade patty (and maybe handmade bread?). The patty was good, not unforgettable, but the vegan cheese was amazing, and the vegan "dried meat" tasted like real one.
I also had the cannolo, which was very good, with cream and a lot of nuts.
We tried the "croque-monsieur" which was good but a bit dry.
Friendly staff.

We went for breakfast- they had 3 flavors of croissants, a brioche, a yogurt & fruit (all vegan) and coffees/cappuccino with 3 different plant milk options. We had a brioche that had a black cherry filling , but only a little which was delicious and a chocolate croissant, which was fantastic. The pastries were 1.5 euros each and I was full after mine. The owner was super sweet to us and the little cafe was clean and inviting. Great little quick breakfast stop!

The food itself isn’t the best I’ve ever had but it’s quite cheap so definitely worth it. Some of the items were quite good and others were a bit on the blander side. The staff is also quite friendly.

We stopped here for a vegan cheesecake and afternoon espresso caffe d'orza. The woman running things was so kind. Everything was delicious. Would love to go back for a proper meal.

I had a meal consisting of 3 main dishes of my choosing. They where all create. The free tap water is extremely welcome. The meal was ready in about 1 minute after ordering. It was very good. The menu is translated into English, and displayed on the wall. They also have a guest toilet. The meal was also very cheap.

Besides being able to try the traditional casatiello vegan style, I wasn’t too impressed with this place. Bland sandwich that basically just tasted like the condiments (ketchup and mustard).
