Not really HC-worthy

This counter-server place seems to be popular, but I don't see much to recommend it from a Happy Cow standpoint. The coffee is okay, not great; they have a huge plant milk surchage, and no vegan pastries, as far as I can tell.

Nothing on their menu is labeled as vegan. To be sure, some items seem to be vegan--but the owners evidently don't place enough value on the vegan-nese to label any of the items as such. The focus of the venue is not clear either--it is not quite a coffee shop, but not quite a restaurant with a clear focus, and the place seem a bit harried and not at all cozy or charming. Furthermore, the restaurant has an odor--I think of cheese?--that dissuaded me from ordering any food.

Again, the place seems to be popular, so some people must like it, and some of the items seem as though they might be vegan. If they label the vegan items more clearly, I might give it another chance.
