Alright!

It was an alright buffet-style food. The staff was super super nice and helpful, but unfortunately the food itself was a bit bland, especially the main dishes. Deep-fried sides were really great, but unfortunately not the healthiest ofc. It was cool to feel that the main dishes and salads are filled with lots of different grains and veggies, but to me they lacked spices and would definitely taste better if warmer.

Lovely vegan restaurant in Oslo

Vegan only restaurant with good range of savoury and sweet options. Had the lasagne which came with nice some salad. All really tasty. Took away a slice of apple pie and a couple of truffles for later. Both lovely

Nice options for lunch and dinner

Fully vegan place with lots of options for lunch and dinner and desserts. I had the lasagne with a side of tofu and a Chai latte with Oatly milk and Berry Cheesecake. Relaxed atmosphere, lots of other people sitting solo so didn’t feel weird.

Chill Casual Atmosphere

This place was super calm and chill, a good place to unwind with some freshly made food. We had the veg curry and sweet and sour "meatballs", both were delicious.

Good lunch for vegan's in the city!

We went for a late lunch when we arrived at Oslo and the food was heart-warming in the middle of the cold. It's also cozy and warm - we went during winter, so it was really nice inside.

We went for a Crispy Fried Gyoza as entry, and I tried the Vegan Lasagna that was really delicious! My boyfriend tried the Japanese Curry and it was ok, we both preferred the lasagna. As dessert, we asked for a Carrot Cake and it was also really good!

It's a bit expensive, specially as a tourist, but we really wanted some warm and nutritious food, and we had it here. I recommend! :)

Nice location, nice staff

Convenient spot. You can walk over to the water. I ate here after a red eye flight with no sleep, but the food was good enough that I still enjoyed!

Tasteful Vegan Fiid

Small menue but very tasteful food. Had the lasagne, which came with three types of nice salad and the rainbow salad, which came with humus and falafel. Quick service and free water 💧.

Feels like home cooked food

Dishes are mostly Asian “inspired”, not a buffet as most people would think. You’ll find soup, some warm meals with rice, some salads, wraps, burguers, sushi, desserts and hot and fresh drinks.

Pros: Everything is vegan, Good variety, Amazing desserts

Cosy and all vegan but not worth the price.

The fact its canteen style here cheapens the appearance of this place, the food looks like it's been sitting out a while. Most of the seats are next to the line for ordering the food and collection and payment, so it was hard to have a conversation over it all. We had the "Indian" curry and enchilada, "tiramisu" and cake, and no drinks and it was over £50 which just felt way too much for this sort of place, even for Norway! Curry was a cosy hearty dish in the rainy weather but neither dish had any spice to it. Tiramisu was just some cream and cocoa powder on top of biscoff biscuits 😭

Loved it

When entering the restaurant, it looks like you’re lining up for a buffet. But in fact, the staff uses the "buffet" to assemble your plate after you order a dish.
I ordered the summer roll and the enchilada (monthly special). The summer roll was nothing special, but the accompanying sauce was very good. The enchilada had a great taste and was perfectly seasoned. Portion was also very good.

Vegan, with WFPB Options

I had their Rainbow Salad, which includes greens, veggies, grains, hummus, falafel, tofu, and seeds. They also have other vegan dishes, sides, and desserts, although they are not all Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB).

Pros: Homemade WFPB selections, Fresh ingredients

Cons: Some unhealthy, processed, vegan foods (eg, beyond

Yum

Nordvegan offers truly delicious vegan food with fresh flavors and great variety. I especially enjoyed the samosas, Buddha bowl, spring rolls, and sushi, all beautifully prepared and full of taste. A wonderful spot for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Great food

We are here twice when visiting Oslo. Plenty to choose from on the menu. We had the bean soup, sushi, lasagne, enchiladas and poke bowl. All very tasty and came with good portion of salad. We also had cheesecake which was light and delicious and the chocolate cake which was also very good and not too sweet. Good selection of soft and hot drinks too. Definitely worth a visit. Service was friendly and welcoming too.

Pros: Varied menu selection, Great cakes

Good food, nice vibes

We went to Nordvegan on our second day in Oslo to check out the vegan food world in Oslo/in Norway and we were not dissapointed. There is a huge range of food options, all looked delicious. If I understand It correctly the menu keeps changing.
At the same time the vibes are very chill. You order in the front, pay and sit down. There is the usual selection of drinks. The person serving us was super super nice and just the whole atmosphere (music, decoration, etc.) is very cosy:)

Bella scelta!!

Busy place with nice vibes, efficient ordering at the counter, good portions. I had the lasagne (plus included side salad) and thought it was very tasty. Didn't find it more expensive than other places in Oslo.

Sehr lecker!

Super leckeres Essen! Man bestellt direkt am Tresen. Der Laden ist recht klein, eventuell sollte man je nach Tageszeit vorbestellen.

Pros: Sehr lecker, Freundlicher Service

Cons: Norwegentypisch leider nicht so günstig

Disappointing

Food was okay, but cold and nothing special
Payed for the Buddha bowl lemonade 28€, so very pricey for cold food from a buffet
Atmosphere is comfy😄but wouldn’t go there again because of price and taste

Nordveganic

We had a nice lunch in sunny Oslo. Thanks to the temperature, it appeared that the restaurant has a patio which provides shade. The chilly consumption led us to a decent dining experience at Nordvegan. The dishes were fairly good, but the blueberry cake was excellent! It's an interesting place and seems to represent the Norwegian approach to hosting through food.

Very tasty and great service

We went for the buddha bowl with udon noodles - it was super tasty with lots of different savoury flavours. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything and helping with what the various options included. Our drink of choice was kombucha, Rhubarbrush & a Berryboost, both of which were nice and refreshing.

Pros: Flavours, Good size portion, Helpful staff
