I brought my family to try the foods at NomVnom after reading a couple of good reviews.
1. The Spinach Linguine was so dry in texture. A little olive oil may help to flavour it and add to a smoother texture.
2. The Baby Mommoth Truffle has only 3 slices of tomato and one or two pieces of lettuce and of course, the steamed mushroom patty. It was utterly disappointment because it was so bland! Besides, the price is definitely not justifiable for this burger.
3. The Salted Avocadoest Ice Cream has a overpowering flavour of the coconut milk than the avocado (if it were present in the ice cream)
4. My sister requested for some mayonnaise to go with her yam rolls (no sauce/or mayonnaise provided), the staff replied that it is chargeable, in other words, customers have to pay for some mayonnaise. This was indeed ridiculous!

The staff on duty (Sunday) had no smiles! The business was quite quiet and there was no reason that she could forget to key in one of our deserts - Banana cake. When I approached her about it, she didn't even apologize, just simply asked if I would like to place an order for it. I requested to take a look at the receipt to confirm my order which was not present to me in the 1st place. This is not an appropriate or professional attitude of a serving/counter staff/ a cashier. This kind of service was really below customers' expectations.

In this era, customers service oriented is the key to success. Hope NomVnom trains its staff to become more alert and care for customers' satisfaction.

Birthday dinner, 7 yr vegan transgender couple here gets abused by hateful transphobic bald senior staff, manager no where to be found, (sat) phoned head office (mon) gets re routed to Ryzal who is something something, never did eat their food...finally got some miserly voucher off their lying carcasses, as I found out later over whatsapp with Ryzal, they never intended to give their bigoted staff the necessary science based info and training to deal with "people like us". Blocked on whatsapp by Ryzal fter confronting him about this, and how he lied to us to be present when we did go give them another chance with their voucher in hand.
I wonder if their '24 hr CCTV' in their KITCHEN (yes, 24 hr, in a closed kitchen after midnight...not fishy AT ALL!) as he told me was also a lie?

Places like the entire of Fortune Center vegetarian food outlets just leave us alone, let us eat in peace, Green Commons is especially nice to us, but not this 'pure vegan' business, nooooooooo they are just too pure and good to be decent human beings.

ALL LGBTQ and ALLIES esp TRANSGENDER PLEASE I BEG YOU TO VERY LEAST BOYCOTT THIS TRULY EVIL PEOPLE and their EVIL BUSINESS!
