A bit disappointing. - Edit
My daughter suggested that this would be a good place for dinner on a Friday evening. I decided to try it.
Read moreI asked for the mushroom linguine. It should have been amazing, but, unfortunately, there was a liberal sprinkling of cocktail pickled onions which completely overwhelmed the subtle flavours of the dish. The serving left me wishing that I had ordered an entre.
That said, the service was
efficient and friendly. Still, given the plethora of other options nearby, I will probably look elsewhere next time I am in the area.
Pros: Friendly vibe., Good service.
Cons: REALLY odd choice of pickled onions in a pasta.

The burger with beer battered banana blossom (Burger Nation - not frying Nemo) is incredible. They do a dough for pizza over 48h which you can really taste. The tomato base is fruity and delicious. Best pizza we had in 6 months travelling through New Zealand.

Such amazing food! - Edit
From the amazing range on the menu to the scrumptious pizzas and the charming and stylish setting, this restaurant is an absolute must visit in Wellington. It was so hard to choose from all the appealing options on the menu but we thoroughly enjoyed the Pollo pizza and the spaghetti carbonara, plus their herb aioli makes their fries a little bit special too. Can’t wait to visit again as it was such a treat to enjoy such a range of authentic Italian dishes in an all vegan restaurant.

Best gnocchi I’ve ever eaten - Edit
Staff were so friendly, such a gorgeous little spot with nice outside seating and the menu all looked so amazing. Just moved to Wellington so will definitely be back, but I had the gnocchi this time and I could have eaten 2 more bowls honestly was so good. Can’t wait to try the desserts next time too.

Nolita - Edit
We stopped by Nolita spontaneously and luckily got a table. I would definitely recommend making a reservation though. We both had a tea which tasted really good and then ate a pizza. There was a pizza Margherita and a cheeseburger pizza. We thought it was really tasty! The service was also very friendly and attentive.

Divine restaurant - Edit
This is one of my favourite restaurants in the world. It’s beautiful inside and there’s always a great atmosphere. Being able to choose from a full vegan Italian menu is a dream for me and the food is exceptional.

Best vegan pizza I've had - Edit
The pizza was fantastic. I especially loved the cashew mozzarella, which they didn't try to make stringy by adding way too much starch. What a win! I had the tartufo pizza, and it was top notch.
Read moreThe restaurant had a great ambience, as well, and has a great location. Not to mention, the excellent lunch deal (see image below) from 12 to 3 pm on weekdays.

Good but half the menu was unavailable - Edit
Unfortunately there was no pizza dough available when we came here, so we were only able to choose from pasta and burgers - which were good! Similar story with desserts as the only thing available was ice cream. The food was very good but it was disappointing not to be able to have pizza as Nolita is known for great vegan pizza!

Good vegan pizza and nice ambience - Edit
We ordered two pizza and both of them tasted very good. The dough was amazing and the vegan mozzarella was tasty as well. Would fully recommend going there and to be sure to get a table you may better make a reservation as it was quite crowded.

Tasty but small - Edit
We had the carbonara (lunch size) and Caesar salad. Super tasty, but sizes were too small. I understand the lunch version is usually much smaller but for the price I still expected a little bit more. My partners salad was normal price but still small/ unfilling. Taste was great, but we did not find the meal size worth the cost, especially in comparison to other places we have eaten.

Bucket-list worthy - Edit
Yeah these guys go well 🇮🇹.
Read moreMy new favourite restaurant on Cuba street is simple but so good with a large variety of sharing plates, pizzas, pastas and salads to choose from. All the food here is fantastic, there isn’t a bad menu option and the price is okay for Wellington. (Although they do have different deals for days of the week)
It can be very busy so booking in advance is essential for those Friday and Saturday nights.
When there’s w lunch special on, I could come here every day.
Pros: Entirely vegan, Great atmosphere , Fast service
Cons: Limited beer and wine range , Bookings essential for bush days

Amazing brunch, great pizza - Edit
We came here three times while in Wellington: twice for dinner and once for brunch on Saturday. Definitely worth it, ESPECIALLY for brunch: perfect Bolognese toastie and the stacked hash browns looked so tasty that a passerby mouthed "ooh, that looks good!" to her son as they were walking by. I believe the tutto carne pizza tastes better than the tartuffo, but both taste great. The carbonara didn't amaze me as much as the brunch options, but still pretty good as well.
Read morePros: Great taste, Lots of options, outside seating, Some healthy options too
Cons: Expensive side dishes, but generous servings

I'd recommend not going for the carbonara, not really worth it. But I loved the rest, ESPECIALLY brunch!

Good energy, decent pizza - Edit
Really vibrant energy and good service, even on a Monday night. Tried two pizzas: Verde which was very good and Pollo which was OK but a bit overwhelmed with BBQ sauce. Good value though and they do carafes of wine, which are always a good choice for two to share.

Really nice place - Edit
It's nice to have a fully vegan Italian place in town. All the food was good, the staff were really friendly, and the price was right. It's not quite five stars as the food seemed to be missing a little something, but it's close

Incredible vegan Italian - Edit
Hands down - despite being from Europe we‘ve never had such a great vegan Italian dinner. In Europe they struggle to serve some vegan cheese on pizza being way too proud to change and here they serve homemade mozzarella fried in crispy balls, different plant based meets on pizza or topping a salad and also a good selection of vegan vines. We also had a very good carbonara pasta. Go there - it’s gorgeous!
