Insulting lack of spice - Edit
We came here with a couple of omnis who recommended it. We ordered some fresh rolls for the table, and us vegans got the yellow curry and “spicy” eggplant. Spoilers, nothing we ate here was spicy, and we asked for 5 stars. They asked if we were sure we wanted 5 stars and asked if we were familiar with Thai food. We said yes. They came back another time to ask if we were sure we wanted 5 stars. We confirmed yes. We were thoroughly insulted when our dishes were not even slightly spicy. When they came back, they asked if it was too spicy and I asked for some sambal or something to make it spicier, which they were kind enough to bring us, but if I ask for 5 stars twice, you ought to [censored] bring it.
Read moreOther than not being spicy, the food tasted just ok. The rolls were pretty disappointing and the peanut sauce was way too sweet. They also don’t have very many vegan options compared to the rest of the menu. This place is probably fine if you’re desperate but I would not recommend coming here.
Cons: No spice at all

The plant based food here is excellent. There is a vegan menu. I’ll definitely be going back next time I’m in Seattle.

Nice location between 1st and the waterfront! - Edit
2 pages of the menu can be easily made vegan (otherwise a few items may contain egg). The server was incredibly helpful - upon request recommended the eggplant dish and it was EXCELLENT! Nice portion size. Lovely patio dining with soft music on a gorgeous day:)

Vegetarian menu - Edit
Everything in the vegetarian section of their menu is vegan! And they have quite a few options. This is a fun location downtown with outdoor heated seating available. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted great! We had the spring rolls, yellow curry, and the black noodles and we were happy with the taste and the portion sizes. The staff were very kind as well!

Yummy - Edit
Great place to go when you’re with friends who aren’t vegan. There’s a vegetarian menu but if you tell them you’re vegan they’re very accommodating.

Wish I knew about this place sooner! - Edit
Super convenient if visiting the SAM, Noi Thai is pretty much directly across the street from the Art Gallery. The restaurant has great ambiance and friendly staff. The Vegetarian/ Vegan Menu is small, but has a good selection. I can highly recommend the Veggie rolls, with Peanut sauce to start. The rolls are fresh and herbaceous thanks to the cilantro and basil. And the peanut sauce is the best I’ve had peanutty without being cloying with hints of coconut and perhaps sriracha? I had the Black noodles as recommended from a previous reviewer and it was really yummy! I particularly loved the way the broccoli soaked up the sauce and I put extra heat on the dish from the tray of assorted pepper condiments. The one that I chose, to put on I think may use fish oil or something like that as it had that particular taste that I remember from before I was Vegan, so it may be wise to ask first. All in all an excellent place and I will definitely be back to sample the other items on their Vegan Menu👍

Goegeous! - Edit
Really lovely authentic Thai food.
Read moreAlthough I only had a main the Black Noodles with Veg, others had the fresh rolls and red and green curries.
My noodles were unbelievable and they offer you a spice eating of 1-5. I asked for extra spicy so they brought down 4 little pots of chili oils, pastes and powders.
Great value and great service! Highly recommended!
Pros: great service. good menu lots of spices :)
