Amazing sandwiches - Edit
I do not usually look for a sandwich shop when eating out but I was in the mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and the sandwich I had - the Aloha No Rib sandwich- was delicious. I ordered the full meal which came with a side option- I had the yummy no turkey pasta salad- a drink, and a lemon poppy seed cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious! I cannot wait to try the other varieties.

The Greek sandwich was flavorful and packed with gyro "meat" and it's been over 35 years since I had a gyro and I remember this is exactly what it tastes like and the texture was just as memorable 5 happy cow stars for this place!!!

I have never written a review on here but had too to give credit to how good no butcher is. My family and I are only sad that we aren't local to get it all the time. The service was incredibly friendly. The food was some of the best vegan food I've had. 10/10.

So delicious, great flavor and quality. Bread was perfect, great deli slices. Best vegan potato salad ever! Creative pina colada flavor cookie. Worth buying items from the deli case to take home! Would go back every time I go to Vegas, 20/10. Wish every city had a deli like this! Props to this vegan business!

NoButcher is top rated for a reason. Great vegan food at a great price. To upgrade from a sandwich/salad to a meal with a drink and side is only $3!! Pulled NoPork was sooo good. The Greek was great as a salad. The NoEgg salad side was something new for me, and I was pleasantly surprised. Will come here again for sure.

Favourite spot on our US road trip - Edit
This was hands down the best restaurant my boyfriend and I visited on our road trip across the US. It was kind of a fluke we ended up here as it was on our way out of Vegas on the way to Salt Lake City. Super good value; for $15 you get a huge lunch with a sandwich, drink, side dish, and dessert. I had the Greek sandwich which was amazing, with vegan gyro “meat” and tzatziki and my bf had the Hawaiian rib sandwich. The potato salad was on point. We bought a package of vegan pastrami to make sandwiches and the “turkey” pasta salad which we lived off of for the next day of travelling. The staff were super friendly as well. I wish we had a place like this in Canada and will definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.

I wasn’t expecting that! I ordered the Italian Cold Cut and it was phenomenal! The pepperoni tasted so delicious. Everything about the sandwich was amazing. I definitely plan to order from there again before I depart Vegas.
Read moreUpdate 5/28/2023: I’ve been back many times since this initial visit and I can say this is one of my fav spots to hit. I went to the actually location today instead of UberEATS and I ordered an actually different sandwich this time, the Pulled NoPork. Typically I always get the Italian Cold Cut. The pulled NoPork was good but I think I definitely prefer a cold sandwich. Do yourself a favor and pay this place a visit and order the Italian Cold Cut

Great Picnic Food - Edit
Stopped by on the way out of town, picked up a variety of deli case items (potato salad, coleslaw, eggless egg salad, and the turkey pasta salad, as well as some BBQ ribs). It made great picnic food for a road trip and a hike later in the day. The staff were really nice too! Would love to try their sandwiches in the future.
