I am changing my review, because I have been very disappointed by Nitzat Haduvdevan. I've been a loyal shopper here for two and a half years, but I am beyond disappointed by their customer service. I have been making orders for pickup and delivery during the coronavirus times, and their customer service refuses to deal with products that have been paid for but not delivered. The blame falls on the customer.

A helpful and friendly health food store - Edit
The Horev branch of Nitzat Haduvdevan is a very friendly one. There is a big variety of high-quality merchandise of many kinds. If you are in Haifa and looking for a good health food store, I recommend this one. You can also order a delivery or a pickup online through the Nitzat main website.
