Alcohol-free taproom specializing in the fermented tea of kombucha and uses organic and locally sourced ingredients if and when possible. Kombucha comes in a variety of flavors varying seasonally. Eco-concious and composts all food scraps, recycles as much as possible and strives to be low to no waste. Also offers a bottle exchange program to help reuse and reduce waste. For single-use packaging has chosen aluminum cans that are 99% recyclable. Open Thu-Fri 1:00pm-6:00pm, Sat 10:00am-3:00pm. Closed Sun-Wed.

Favorite kombucha place - Edit
Since moving to New Mexico I go here every week and refill my growler. Such nice staff and awesome kombucha. Appreciate the low sugar content and local ingredients.
