Food was good but I felt a bit uncertain - Edit

Unfortunately, by no fault of the restaurant, we had some translation issues regarding vegan options, which led me to feeling unsure whether there was ghee present.

I saw some other reviews from vegans saying they enjoyed the place so I went with it and it was delicious (veggie madras).

To improve, would be great if resultants had major allergens on the menu for each meal (makes things for so many people so much easier!) or I learn better Swiss German 😂😅

Great view, not sure about the food - Edit

We were given a table right next to the window so we had a lovely view of the river. We were happy to find an Indian restaurant as it is our favourite cuisine. It had many vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

We chose the samosas to start and they came with three small pots of dipping sauce. It was a good job because without the sauce they would have been dry and bland. We needed more sauce.

I chose the butter panir masala because that is usually my favourite sauce but the panir did not taste right and I wasn't sure whether it might be off so I didn't finish it, which was a shame because the sauce was very good.

The waiter said he spoke English but didn't seem to understand us, so we had to point a lot.

Pros: Great view of the river

Cons: The food was disappointing

Very nice view, classy interior, lots of options - Edit

There is much to like about this restaurant: The river view, the simple but classy interior and the seven vegan main dishes. However the only outdoor seating is on the street side (somewhat loud) and at least the person I talked to had trouble communicating in English or German so it was hard to find out about vegan issues. Note that the internet only has the menu from their Zurich branch and does not show the vegan dishes.
