Lovely & Educational - Edit
We tried the natural flavor and five of the flavored pulques! All were interesting and enjoyable! Also, Eduardo is super friendly and shared so much about pulque and his life! Definitely check this place out!

Amazing find! - Edit
Not just a place to try pulque and vegan plates, but an educational and cultural experience in and of itself! We went when Eduardo was not busy and we had a mini course in pulque. It was wonderful to have the propietario teach us about pulque, and to taste some of his own pulque creations. If you're like us and come to Mexico to learn about Mexican culture and interact with Mexicans (and to boot in a vegan food stall) this is a great place to do it!!

Delicious Mushroom/Portobello Burger(s) - Edit
Very good burgers. My wife and I split the classic mushroom burger and a portobello burger and they were so good. Fries were delicious for a side as well. Drinks were prepared to perfection and were delicious. Just visiting Mexico City but we’ll be back and we’ll also be going back here.

Come for the pulque, stay for the people - Edit
I had never even heard of pulque before, so I figured I should try it. Eduardo was kind enough to give a couple samples before getting a full mug. It was great! It is a fairly small environment, a great opportunity to chat and learn a bit about the process. Eduardo’s father was also there, very kind welcoming & friendly people.
