Elegant tasting menu with vegan options - Edit
A full vegan version of the 5-course tasting menu also included a few little extras at the beginning and end of the meal. Beautiful presentation and complex flavors.

Cons: The non alcoholic pairing was disappointing , Beet dish was not as good as the rest, Meal took 3 hours
