Nice place, OK food

A really nice and cozy place (except for the some of the really aggressive lights) and professional and friendly staff! A little shop where you can buy vegan and cannabis stuff.
The food we had was simple, good but not the best, a bit dry, and we didn't get exactly what we ordered.

Pros: The little shop, the staff

Cons: Not the best food

Recently went fully vegan

The food was really good but not great. The restaurant is quite modest and the food is vegan versions of typical Colombian.

Good, not great

The food at this place was good, but not great. Their burgers were on the dry side, their arepas had very little flavor and their tamales were mushy. However, we did like their empenadas. Too bad that the food isn't all vegan and that some of their waitresses lack knowledge. We were told that something was vegan, even though it contained ghee. I'm still going to give this place 4 stars, but there are better restaurants in Bogotá!

Big portions and flavorful.

Had the burger, special of the day (vegan sushi platter), empanadas, and a tamale. All delish but the burger came with cheese.. Forgot to say no cheese as the server did not speak English. Still we enjoyed our meal and the interior was adorable! :) yum yum!

Pros: Huge portions, fresh food.

Cons: Not much English spoken.

good but not amazing

Went here with friends, had the naturale burger - quinoa patty with avocado, lettuce and corn. Was a little bland for my liking- it really needed hot sauce. Great value, 11,000 COP for burger with potatoes and juice of the day. But portion was on the small side. Would like to go back for lunch and try the set menu.

Pros: cheap, lots of vegan options

Cons: small portions, a bit bland

Lovely setting but food disappointing

Went there twice. Had the lunch menu for the first time, everything looked amazing on my plate but food was really plain, it needed more spices and condiment. Second time I tried the vegan tamale and my boyfriend ordered one of the burgers. I was happy to try a more local dish but again it was bland.

Pros: Nice staff , Shop sells 'chucula' balls, Lots of cheap vegan options

Cons: Food is flavourless

Vegan tamales and empanadas!

I was so pleased to get vegan tamales and vegan empanadas here for takeaway for our bus ride. Also enjoyed the meal of the day on two occasions. It was fully vegan both times I ordered it. Rice and beans one of the days with soup, salad and juice. I think it was supposed to come with a dessert too, but the restaurant got really busy from about 1-2 for lunch and the waitress was swamped and it never came. The other day I went I delighted to find vegan ajiaco as the meal of the day! Both meals plus the takeaways were great. Also had nice chocolate from their shop. There are burgers, salads and pastas on the menu as well.

Fresh and good value lunch menu

Came here for the lunch menu. For COP 9,000 you get a hearty bowl of soup, a plate with rice, battered veggies and salad, a fresh juice and small bite of dessert. Staff are really kind and friendly, nice atmosphere.

lively, artenasal Restaurant and shop

Lovely atmosphere, I had the lunch menu which was very, very delicious and is always vegan as far as I understood. It was relatively busy and staff was very ocupied and not that attentive, maybe organization could be improved. For the quality of food I would definitely come back

Pros: vegan lunch menu

Cons: busy around lunch time as basically all restaurant

Nice restaurant in picturesque

I went with my husband who is not a vegetarian, we both loved the food! I had the zion salad which was quite filling. My husband had pasta bechemal. The portions are quite big and the service is excellent.

delicious vegan options

The food was great and much more filling than I expected. If you're ordering a starter or two dishes, opt for the smaller portion, even if you have a good apetite. The juices taste amazing, especially those with coconut milk. My only criticism would be that it's a little dark, but the atmosphere is charming over all. The shop in the restaurant is nice to visit as well.

ok

Económico y bien ubicado. La parrillada no me gustó tanto. Creo que la hamburguesas estarían mejor.

Pros: Artistico, bien ubicado

Great, healthy & cheap

I have eaten 3 times here and I really like it. It’s healthy and the menu of the day is very cheap (9000 pesos = €2,5), which consist of soup, juice, main and small desert. It arrives very quickly on the table.
All the time the menu was vegan.

No wifi. Located next to the Masaya hostel.

5 stars for the price-quality ratio. Nice ambience.

Cosy little La Candelaria

Like La Candelaria, rough around the edges but a great place to spend some time. Good vegan options once clarified with the staff including cake (which tastes a bit more healthy than delicious). No wi-fi. Salads and pasta are pretty poor unfortunately, but their chilly sauce makes up for it.

Pros: Good selection and relaxing atmosphere.

Cons: Dishes can be a bit hit and miss.

Love this place

I love this place because it's cheap. (about 8 000 for menu of the day) and because they have a little stall inside that sells dark chocolate , coconut oil , and lots of little nic nacs like natural lip balm etc... i felt like the food here was a bit more creative than the other vege restaurants near by. I don't think they really serve meat here? you can ask for it but they don't offer it as far as I'm aware. If you are vegan, come here they didn't serve any dairy either.

Pros: cheap, tasty, food comes quick. nice snacks u can

Nice lunch spot

They had a set lunch menu that included soup, a main plate with a few different things and juice which was vegan. They understood the concept of veganism. It's a cute little place good to sit and read or chat. Centrally located in La Candelaria.

Great food and price

Such a great place to eat. They have a vegetarian lunch of the day (usually vegan as well) for only 8.800 COP, which includes soup, main dish, juice and dessert. The food is delicious and the restaurant is located in the Candelaria, a very cozy neighborhood.

Pros: Great ambiance, Very nice food, Very cheap

Cons: None

Vegan Empanadas!

I just stopped in here for a quick snack. Their vegan empanadas were yummy and only 2000 COP each. I would love to come back and try more from their menu!
