What racism can buy you - Edit
Yeah the foods good but the owners a [censored]. The complete and utter oppression and racism that takes place behind the scenes of all of ur lovely dinners would have you in a frenzy. All of Aiya’s African American employees leave due to the racist and xenophobic nature that AIYA produces for her employees. As a young black woman im extremely offended with the environment that the Monarch has made for their black employees. It is dear to me that we all stick together in these trying times, but when one culture feels superior to the other what change can we really make. Aiyas Japanese/asian employees make the atmosphere thick for those with melanin, not only is a “she lies and he swears” scenario but it’s a clear sign of favoritism which isn’t business appropriate. I pray that the business can grow from these mistakes because the food is good but when I start to feel out of place in a restaurant due to biased opinions I don’t think I wanna eat anymore, I’m all full on the hate you give.
