We decided on 5 appetizers (tapas #9, 11, 12, 13 & 14) which were equally delicious, but I do have to mention that the “pork belly” was my absolute favorite. I still wonder how it the chef made it so very good.

The food was delicious and service was great and fast, though we were there at a slower time. I had #5 (Sup Canh Chua - spicy Lemongrass soup); #52 (Curry Thap Cam - coconut milk curry with tofu, seitan, veggies; came with black rice and a spicy salad); a juice, and a rice pudding.

This is a wonderful restaurant, relaxed but stylish, with great food and friendly staff. We had the lunch deal which was good value, with free tea and small desert. It’s near Rosa Luxemburg Platz so worth visiting if you’re on a Marxist pilgrimage!

I don’t want to hate on vegan restaurants, I want them to do well this restaurant just don’t do much for me. We ordered the crispy spring rolls and they were more of a tempura roll and it was just kind of flavorless and oily. Then I got the udon noodles and the chicken really turned me off. It was mushrooms fried in batter but had kind of a sticky like chicken is and tough to chew. I couldn’t eat it, the noodles were fine nothing special. My husband got a crispy chicken with rice and he ate the whole thing but said it was just fine. We appreciate vegan restaurants and maybe you’ll feel different, this was just our experience.
