A unique combo - Edit
They are at a new place with a more limited menu, but the same tasty flavors. The tempura are big and crispy, with a unique miso topping. The tonkatsu is nicely fried. The sauce was good but there wasn’t a lot of it. The vegetables each had a different prep and were really crunchy. They clearly focus on making one good option.

I ordered every vegan item on the menu and it was all so lovely and delicious! The flavors are varying and delicate and interesting. The food is light and feels good because there is a nice mix of salad type sides, which also have interesting sauces. My favorite Bentobox sauce was the Tonkatsu and I also really liked the Oyaki Herzhaft and croquettes. The Oyaki Süß tasted a bit like a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

Three young women doing their best to get some good Japanese food into Leipzig, far from sushi rolls and all that basic stuff.
