So Good but Expensive

Momofuku is definitely on the pricier side (imo!), but the food was so good I forgave the fact that my meal was nearly $40. I ordered the Mushroom Ramen ($30) and added tofu ($6). The price is absolutely ridiculous, but the ramen was delicious—the broth was creamy, and it hit the spot. I would not spend that kind of money on ramen again, but it was a fun, one-time experience. The menu did not label vegan options, but the staff was knowledgeable and pointed out about three vegan-friendly dishes. #Veganuary
