Was good, not great but will definitely go back - Edit
They had clearly marked vegan items, including vegan salmon and tuna rolls which were good but not great. The two were pretty indistinguishable but it was just nice that they had them. I agree with other reviews that it is the best vegan sushi in Pittsburgh but I think that’s more a commentary on the sushi in Pittsburgh 🙃 would say it’s worth going back to!

Appreciate the vegan fish options but not blown away - Edit
I really love the Mola rice, and was so excited to see they had a vegan salmon (roll and poke bowl) option. The texture was pretty great; it did have a somewhat unpleasant fishy aftertaste, though. I also wish they peeled their cucumbers—the tiny bit of skin adds a lot of cucumber flavor and chew. I enjoyed the avocado cucumber roll. I didn’t love the inari nigiri, but that may just be because they don’t travel well for takeout, so I would definitely try again. Other vegan option is a vegetable roll with radish. The bao with vegan meat is not vegan, as they note in the menu—the dough contains milk.

They had a ton of vegan options!! Ive never seen sushi with vegan fish but it was really delicious!! I got tofu inari, rose milk bubble tea, hoisin bao bun and tuna toll

Best vegan sushi in pgh - Edit
This restaurant went above and beyond went it came to vegan choices. They had vegan tuna, salmon, and crab. The bao also had vegan meat. The food was very filling and rich in flavor! Definitely check them when you can.

the vegan tuna roll was so yum. i also got the inari, which is my favorite sushi roll. it’s always nice when places have a plant milk option for their boba tea.
