Buono ma troppo caro! (Peccato per la besciamella) - Edit
Il locale è molto spartano, 100% vegano, offre pizza al taglio di vari gusti, crocchette, supplì, olive ascolane e piatti da tavola calda (lasagna, sformato di broccolo romanesco ecc). Abbiamo preso due cartoni di pizza assortita (circa il doppio di quanto si vede in foto), due supplì (2€ l’uno, prezzo normale) e due bottigliette d’acqua:
Read moreil totale è stato di 44€, un po’ esagerato per della pizza al taglio da asporto, in un locale piuttosto ordinario. Altra pecca (ma sono gusti): al posto di un sostituto vegetale della mozzarella, viene adoperata in gran quantità la besciamella che tende ad appesantire e a coprire il gusto degli altri ottimi ingredienti (mortadella veg, salsiccia, cicoria, cime di rapa ecc). In conclusione: la pizza ha un buon impasto ed è gustosa, ma la scelta della besciamella e soprattutto i prezzi sono da rivedere!

Had three slices of excellent vegan pizza. Love that it uses a roux like sauce instead of fake cheese and the base and toppings are perfection, try the pistachio mortadella.
